This property is located in a rough area. Three times we encountered people that were either homeless and/or using drugs right in front of our door. Also very noisy in the living/dining area. Bedrooms were fine and quiet.
Great central location and very clean. It was a little noisy since the front door is right on the street, and it would be nice to have a couple of hooks to hang things in the bathroom since their is no counter space..All in all we had a great experience
The apartment is in a very bad neighborhood with lots of drug activity. Check in was painful as it was very difficult to find the entrance and lock box. The neighborhood is noisy as well with lots of traffic and sirens throughout the night. We woke in the Moring to find a homeless person sleeping in the street outside of our door. We literally had to step over the person in order to leave the apartment. I would not stay here ever again as it was a very unpleasant experience.
The stay was nice, it is a clean place and has everything you need and convenient location to downtown. It is right off the main road and is loud with the cars and street. Other than that stay was good. The communication with the host was more difficult than I would have like but all in all a good stay!
The place was nice. We would have appreciated instructions on how to use the combo washer/dryer. We had to rely on YouTube videos. Also, there needs to more areas to place things. Maybe a shelf in the bathroom, a toilet paper holder?

Dublin flat.
The flat is nicely designed and very clean.
We would’ve appreciated more instructions on various appliances.
The location is a bit off the beaten track. It’s a bit noisy being right on the street.

This place is a well hidden gem right on the Liffey. Everything is in walking distance. The street is always bus out front but the two large beautiful bedrooms are nestled in the quiet back section. This is a very modern place with a great bathroom, fully functional kitchen with all the appliances including a washer/drier. We were very comfortable there. Night and day. The light rail and the amazing Cobblestone music pub are just minutes away. Highly recommended

I guess this is a story of you get what you pay for. This has 3 rooms, which was nice as some people could sleep while others were awake in other rooms. However, it was otherwise a pretty unpleasant experience. This apartment is apparently in a "bad neighborhood"--so said a local we talked to, and someone told us it was near a methadone clinic. First, there is no view out the front window as it's all frosted glass, so that's a bit strange and exposed and somewhat unsettling (especially for my kids). The bedrooms look into walls in the back. We slept from 8-11 pm, and during that time someone graffitied the front window in very large letters. So that was pretty unpleasant to wake up to. Then, at 2:30, we could see flashing lights of a siren and a woman was screaming, "I don't want to die" and banged her body numerous times into the front door of the apartment (yes, shaking the glass and waking up the kids). The police were there and took her away. Our kids were quite freaked out. We wrote to the rental company and they said that what had happened "was outside of their control" and would not give us another, safer place to stay or a refund. We still left a night early as our kids did not feel safe staying there. Needless to say, we won't be back. If you are okay with a cheaper place to stay but no views out but feeling rather exposed, a sketchy neighborhood, lots of scary night noise and activity, and an unhelpful property manager, this is your place.
