Par Excellence Villa

Welcome to the Par Excellence Villa, in the picturesque town of
Langebaan in the Western Cape, just 120km outside of Cape Town. This
charming house, with a capacity for eight guests, offers a tranquil
retreat with its comfortable and thoughtfully designed interiors.
Pristine golden beaches, sheltered islands with seabirds, and salt
marshes create an unparalleled natural beauty that defines Langebaan as
a must-visit destination.

The villa boasts four bedrooms, each uniquely appointed for a restful
stay. Bedroom One features a luxurious queen-sized bed with an ensuite
bathroom equipped with a shower, bath, and toilet. Bedroom Two and
Three offer a cosy Double bed, while Bedroom Four also has a x2 single
beds, that may be pushed together to comprise a king bed, on request.
Additional comfort is provided by two shared bathrooms, one with a
shower and toilet, and the other with a bath and toilet.

General features include internet access, a dining area, towels, and
linen provided, ensuring a seamless stay. The no-smoking indoors policy
adds to the overall well-being of the guests. There is a hot water
outdoor shower, that guests may use to rinse off, after a day at the
nearby beach.

Secure parking within the controlled access complex guarantees peace of
mind, with space limited to two cars only. Please note that there is no
street parking available; vehicles can be parked on the driveway, which
accommodates up to two cars. The villa is family-friendly, with a
spacious lounge area and an indoor fireplace for cosy evenings.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances,
including a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine, stove,
toaster, and dishwasher. A portable weber braai is also available on
the outdoor patio, allowing guests to gather around and stay connected
during their stay.

For those who love outdoor activities, the villa is an ideal base.
On-site amenities include opportunities for cycling, golf, bowls,
tennis, basketball, netball , volleyball, soccer and a fully-equipped
gym. The spectacular 18-Hole Black Knight Design golf course was
created by Gary Player Designs including a Driving Range, Pro Putt,
Mashie Golf and Foot Golf. That is not all! Guests may visit the Pro
Shop or join in on the weekly Saturday Parkrun, if not embracing the
Zest Day Spa, a place to unwind and relax. After working up an appetite
guests may enjoy a number of various meals at one of the 4 restaurants
within the estate.

of The West Coast, Langebaan is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor
enthusiasts. The town is situated on the purely salt Langebaan Lagoon,
attracting bird watchers to witness over 300 species of birds in the

kayaking, kitesurfing, and fishing. The mild climate and protected
waters make it a paradise for water sports year-round.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
