Summary:

Located just outside Chester, this property offers spacious accommodation, perfect for large gatherings. 5 double bedrooms and sofa beds, comfortably sleeps 14. Situated in a quiet residential area, it boasts luxury fixtures and fittings. Only a 10-minute drive to Chester and close to North Wales, it's conveniently located. Nearby amenities include a Co-op, gastro pub, playground, supermarkets, and more. Excellent bus, taxi, and park-and-ride services provide easy access to the city and beyond.



The Space:

The entrance hall leads into a bright, open-plan kitchen diner complete with an American-style fridge freezer and range cooker. A breakfast area leads out to the large rear garden through French doors. A separate large study is adjacent, doubling up as an additional bedroom with the use of a sofa bed. From there, an orangery provides the perfect dining space to make the most of those special get-togethers, with a large oak dining table seating up to 12. Bi-fold doors open this space out into the garden, where there is a variety of outdoor seating options and a firepit. A large, beautifully styled lounge is the perfect place to curl up and relax after a day's sightseeing, with a 65-inch curved TV and plenty of seating including a large corner sofabed. There is also a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom.

On the first floor, there are 5 good-sized double bedrooms, 2 of which are particularly large with separate ensuites. A separate family bathroom serves the other bedrooms. There is ample off-road parking for 3 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles using both the tarmac and gravelled areas. We are very considerate of our neighbours and would request that any additional cars be parked around the corner away from the main residences rather than taking up too much space on the road outside. We want you to enjoy the property but please note that this is a quiet family estate and we would ask that noise is kept to a minimum, especially in the garden late into the evening. We do not allow parties.

Overall our stay was very good. The house was presented exactly as per the Vrbo advert and the initial thought was it was a great house for a great price. Especially if you filled it with up to 10 people, it's great value. But just a couple of comments where things could be improved. 1. The cleaning could be better. Just some bits that could have been better. Cobwebs inside the kitchen windows for example that had clearly been there for a while. And the areas round the outside lights (front) and the strong lights/ seating area at the back need some attention. 2. TV in the main bedroom with no remote. I didn't want to watch it, but other guests may do so it's something to sort. 3. No bins in the bedrooms without ensuite.They are all minor points but if they are sorted it would take this house from very good, to excellent.

We loved our stay in this house, it is perfect for a large group. We found that the beds were comfortable, there was lots of space to relax and the property was very clean. It was easy to find and was in a good location, only 10 minutes from the middle of Chester. We would definitely recommend this house, thank you for a brilliant stay!
