Upon arrival, guests are transported into a realm relaxation and of welcoming simplicity. With its 300 square meters of single-story space, this villa allures with its contemporary design and Mediterranean accents.

The invitation to relaxation and conviviality is dominant throughout, with generous accommodations for up to 11 guests, even welcoming furry family members upon request.

Inside the house, a spacious living room flooded with natural light beckons with its lofty ceiling and cool flooring. Expansive windows unveil a sun-drenched terrace and a 2000 square meter exotic garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

The kitchen, a hub of shared moments, is well equipped, promising unforgettable culinary experiences. Whether crafting a feast or savoring a freshly brewed cup of coffee, every detail is curated for guests well-being.

The five comfortably appointed bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 guests.

The first bedroom, accessible from the dining area, boasts a king-size bed and benefits of a refreshing underfloor cooling. It also features a private en-suite with shower room with toilet, along with a wooden terrace overlooking the sports grounds.

On the other side of the living room a corridor leads to the master suite, equipped with underfloor cooling system, a wall-mounted TV, and a king-size bed. It opens onto a wooden terrace with a jacuzzi overlooking the verdant garden, as well as a spacious bathroom boasting a island bathtub, walk-in shower.

Further down the corridor, another cozy bedroom with twin beds which can be put side by side to become a double bed, this bedroom benefits of an adjacent shower room next to it.

At the center of the house, a entrance hall leads to an air-conditioned wing housing two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double sofa bed and a child-friendly wooden single bed. These rooms share a bathroom, complete with indoor and outdoor showers.

A staircase from this wing descends to a lower level, unveiling a spacious playroom opening onto the garden through grand bay windows. Stocked with a variety of board games, as well as a baby-foot table, pool table, ping-pong table, and air small hockey table, which promises endless hours of entertainment for guests.

The outside of the villa reveals a lush garden, adorned with palm trees and exotic plants, enveloping a spacious pool bordered by a wooden terrace. Opposite the living room, a dining area for 12 is sheltered by a sunshade sail.

Facing the house, the pool, boasting generous dimensions (11m x 4m x 1.5m), is surrounded by a wooden deck, offering sun loungers and a Balinese daybed for ultimate relaxation.
