Large villa in a pleasant neighborhood with a lovely garden in a perfect location in Visby. Large indoor pool for the whole family and a sauna with a relaxation area for extra luxury! There are patios both in the front and back with different seating groups and barbecue facilities. On the entrance floor, there is a kitchen with everything you might need (ceramic hob with boost function), as well as three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the remaining two with a single bed each. An additional bed is available in a sleeping alcove separated by a partition wall. The entrance floor also has a living room with a TV and sofa, as well as the wonderful, enclosed pool area! The basement is accessible via two different staircases, one in the hall and a spiral staircase that takes you directly to the relaxation area with a sauna and shower facilities. In the basement, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. There is a living room and two bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower and one with a toilet. Outside, there is a guest house with sleeping space for two in a bunk bed, perfect for those who wish to stay a bit apart from the others. Good to know - tiles have come loose on part of the wall in the pool. There are good parking possibilities on the adjacent driveway. The area has a tennis court, football field, playgrounds, and nice play areas for children. Grocery stores and other shops are just a few minutes' walk to Skarphäll. About 1.5 km away, you will find Östercentrum and Visby city center, where you can stroll through rose-filled alleys, the Botanical Garden, dine at small picturesque outdoor cafes, shop, take a cultural walk to see all the ruins, and the towers of the city wall that will take you on an exciting journey. A walk along the promenade is a must, where you can witness a magical sunset! Don’t miss exploring the rest of the island either; in the southern part, you must visit the popular Tofta beach, Ljugarn, and the Eksta coast with views of the Karlsö islands. If traveling with children, Pippi Longstocking’s summer and water park - Kneippbyn - is a must! Heading north, Fårö is well worth a visit with its famous rauk areas like Digerhuvud and Sudersand, a magical sandy beach where the sand is as soft as powder. The list goes on.
