CASA ISLA, 3 Bed Lux Villa w/ Private Pool -2 minute walk to stunning beach!

Casa Isla is a stylish, luxury villa located in the exclusive Los Nomadas neighborhood, only 2-minutes walk from the beach! The neighborhood is a beachfront community, situated on Playa Coson, an award winning beach that is unspoiled and not overly populated. The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 king bedroom that can convert into two twin xl's, and 1 bedroom with both queen and twin beds. The property features a large, lush yard with a private infinity pool. @casaisla.lasterrenas

The property has it’s own exquisite private swimming pool that is regularly maintained with an array of outdoor lounge areas for your family and friends. The three bedrooms are all fitted with closets with hanging space and drawers for extra storage. The bathrooms all have rainfall shower heads, and two of the three bedrooms has his and hers double sinks!

Unlike many properties in the area, the villa has a generator! This means that you will never get stuck in a bad situation should power go out in the area.

Similarly, unlike other villas in the area, we only charge EXTRA for AIR CONDITIONING. Other villas are most likely to charge you separately for all electricity in the villa. If you use the units only while you are in the bedrooms and turn them off when you leave, this cost should be very minimal, but we do it so we don’t have to increase prices for our guests!

The cleaner will be by the property periodically to clean and replace the sheets, and you can also speak to us to book in a private chef for your stay, a yoga instructor to come by in the morning, or a masseuse to ease you into your afternoon relaxation.

We have a lock box for ease to get into the villa just outside the front door. Our team will also meet you at checkin to help you with anything you may need!

Please note that we CHARGE SEPARATELY FOR AIR CONDITIONING. This is a norm in for villas in the area, and it is designed so that we are not charging maximum use to everyone, especially when most people have very minimal air conditioning costs!

Also, please be aware that because of the tropical area, there are mosquitos. While you can get benadryl and bug spray in town, if you would like to bring this with you, we would recommend it. We do weekly fumigations for mosquitos for our guest’s comfort. There will also be small sand bugs on the beach after dark (a norm for all beaches) which cause small, itchy bites if you sit down in the sand, so please be aware of this when going to the beach in the late evening hours. 😊

The property is less than 15 minutes on an ATV or in a car to plenty of incredible restaurants ranging from chic Peruvian fusion, fresh French cuisine and homey Italian style foods. You can walk on the beach to get to Luis’ for a Pina colada or a Presidente beer or head the other direction to playa bonita to have afternoon drinks or try your hand at surfing from the Mosquito Boutique hotel. Stop at Punta bonita on the way over and relax in the bright turquoise waters for the views above the water or the snorkeling beneath!

If it’s a quick day trip you’re looking for, heading out from Playa Ballenas you can get to the hidden beaches of Playa Jackson or Playa Escondida by boat, or if it’s a quick drive you’re looking for, head over to the incredible waterfall in Limon, unlike anything you’ve seen before! From JAN-MARCH pop over to Samana bay for whale watching where they swim in to give birth.
