I’ve been coming to Las Terrenas since I was a child and finally decided to manage a few properties here. It’s just a 90-minute drive from my home, and my kids absolutely love spending time in this beautiful area.

What makes this property unique

This is a truly special and private apartment complex operated by Sublime Samana Residences, where I am one of the few private property owners. The amenities are first-rate, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful—you’ll feel like the entire place is yours.

The beach is secluded, and I’ve rarely seen more than 20 people there at once. Plus, there is 24-hour security both on the beach and throughout the complex, ensuring a safe and serene experience.

If you ever feel like switching up the quiet and relaxation, the vibrant town is just a 10-minute drive away, offering a variety of restaurants and lively nightclubs to enjoy.
