Modernised Luxury London Victorian Family Villa

This is not your usual holiday rental. Enjoy a luxury stay at this beautiful Victorian villa from the 1850's with a modern twist. The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The immaculate, high quality finish compliments the beautiful high ceilings and original Victorian details.

The house is brilliantly located with both Camden and Kentish Town tube stations close by. All of London is easily accessible and there are great bars and restaurants on the door stop. It’s the perfect London base.

The space:
The house is set over three floors and is a generous 2000 sq/ft (185 sq/m).

Arriving at the property there is ample on street parking with a small daily fare. Entering the property at ground floor there is a large WC and Laundry room to your right. The laundry room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, clothes dryers, ironing board and steam iron. It is fully stocked with cleaning products.

Also at ground is the open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a large 55 inch tv with access to all the streaming services. There is also a Sonos system to play music throughout the house.

In the kitchen you will find everything you would expect. It has an oven, second oven which doubles as an integrated microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, a Quooker instant hot water tap, and a wine fridge. You will find plenty of cooking equipment, glassware and cutlery. You will also find the basics in terms of tea, coffee, milk. The large dining table has four seats but can fit 6 comfortably if you choose to borrow some extra seats from outside. The kitchen goes straight onto our large garden that includes an outdoor dining area.

On the first floor you will find the show stopper of the house which is the master bedroom. A beautiful oversized bedroom with a super king size (UK) bed and an abundance of hanging space and drawers. Master bedroom comes with a wall mounted 65in TV connected to all the streaming services. Through double doors you access the private master bathroom which includes a grand roll top stone bath and an opulent shower area with great water pressure.

On the 2nd floor there is then two further bedrooms, one with a super king bed and one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and one of them has a 50 inch TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which also includes a bath and fabulous shower with equally good water pressure.

Transport:
The house is really well located for all of London. We have lots of tube and train stations nearby and we have an amazing bus network.

Guest access
The whole house and private garden is yours to use and enjoy privately. We have one internal room that is not pictured which we keep locked and use to store spare bedding etc. We also have a locked room off the garden where we store gardening equipment.

Other things to note
We as that you will take care of our beautiful home and make it your home away from home whilst in London.

For safety reasons we ask that you do not use the fireplaces and of course you make sure windows and doors are locked when leaving the house.

We do not allow parties at the house.
