The home features two beautifully furnished double bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. Set across two floors, with access from the ground floor, it blends classic London charm with modern touches for a relaxing and welcoming feel.
The lower level includes a bright and airy living space with a comfortable sofa and cosy atmosphere for unwinding after a day out in the city. A separate dining area offers the ideal setting for home-cooked meals or takeaway from one of Islington’s many local gems. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances, including an induction hob, giving you everything you need to dine in with ease.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
