itti Barry is a beach access Villa located in Mammee Bay Estate, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The Villa is excellent for hosting family vacations, groups of friends, and corporate guests. Our cleaning protocol has been inspected and approved by the Ministry of Health and is listed as "COVID-19 Protocol Compliant Approved". We are also "Committed to Clean" per the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol. The Amenities include linens, towels, beach towels, and a chef and housekeeper.
At itti Barry Villa, providing our guests with a clean environment is an integral part of our service. Our Villa is thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest stays, including steam cleaning all mattresses and carpeting. Additionally, our house manager is specially trained to provide daily cleaning throughout your stay. We sanitize all surfaces to help protect you during these unusual times. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in and during your stay. There are four bedrooms;
Room 1: Chantilly- Lace is a master-sized bedroom. It has a king-sized platform bed, a wall-length reach-in closet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a cosmetic table. It also has wall-mounted air conditioners, fans, and cable television. The room has its exit door to the pool for your morning or evening cooling time and a lounge area for quiet reading or computer work.

Room 2: Kiwi Green is a master-sized bedroom with a king-sized canopy bed for a full or partial enclosure. In the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, wall-mounted air-conditioning, fan, and cable television. It also contains a couch for lounge seating and reading materials.

Room 3: Bancroft White is a small bedroom with two twin-sized beds. It's great for sleeping two people or can be joined to make one bed. It has a bathroom, wall-mounted air conditioners, fans, cable television, and a wall closet.

Room 4: Forever Lilac is a queen-sized bedroom in a separate suite off the living room. It has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, wall-mounted air-conditioner, fan, and cable television. There is no wall closet in this room, but a large chest of drawers for your storage.

The Location
itti Barry Villa is a family-friendly beach access property located in the neighborhood community of Mammee Bay Estate, Ocho Rios, St. Ann, Jamaica. Please be aware that you will hear crying children and barking dogs as part of the neighborhood. . The Estate is a 24 hours security gated community with nightly patrols. The Villa is located close to world-famous island attractions, such as Dunn's River Fall, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain (for bobsledding and zip lining), White River rafting, Blue Hole, and Bob Marley's Mausoleum at Nine Mile.
