This accommodation of over 120m2 was completely refurbished in October 2020 with very high quality and ultra comfortable furniture. Tenants will be able to enjoy a 50 'Smart TV with Netflix account, high-speed internet and the residence's fitness room. The area is secure with the presence of the United Nations office next to the residence. A parking space is available
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment was completely refurbished in October 2020. It is composed of:
A space at the entrance with a designer console, storage cupboard. the corridor leads to the living-dining room:
- An ultra comfortable 2-seater sofa that converts into a double bed.
- 2 one-seater armchairs from a major Tunisian brand
- A 50 '4K UHD Smart TV with a Netflix account for guests
- A dining room with 4 chairs
- A bistro table and 2 chairs for the balcony
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dryer with washing machine and ironing board.
