Welcome to our listing on East Street. Located in the heart of downtown our front porch sits in the shade of the iconic Maryland State house dome. Sit and relax on one of our two porches and watch the buzz of town. Two blocks to USNA, City Dock, AYC and every main attraction in town. Our guests use one of the city pay garages to park. Go Navy!

It's an updated historic home furnished by a local designer. Front porch and private backyard with screened in porch is rare in town .

No Parking on site. Guests must park in a city garage .

Quiet hours strictly enforced after 10 pm in Historic District.
No pets, smoking, any kind of parties or additional guests.
Extra fees required for additional cleaning or late check out.
NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI !

Perfect location for reunion

This was the perfect location to celebrate our USNA reunion. The bedrooms are such that it worked really well for our kids that came with us, while still giving the other adults their own private space. Super convenient to all things Academy-related and downtown Annapolis. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Annapolis Location for Families!

We loved our stay! This property was ideal for our group (small children and two families in town for a Naval Academy wedding), and its Annapolis location is absolutely perfect.We loved being able to walk to the Academy, the wharf, and nearby shops and coffee spots. The outdoor area is a great feature. A bit of tree pollen was present in the property's back patio, but it didn't detract from our wonderful experience. The property delivered on everything it promised!

Boat Show stay

Annapolis Fun

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the house is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the backyard for eating and sitting out at night. The property was gorgeous and the bedrooms comfortable. It was the perfect spot to enjoy family and the docks and restaurants of Annapolis. Would definitely recommend.

USNA reunion

The property's location was perfect to gather with dear friends for a USNA class reunion. So much better than staying at a hotel - coffee time in the morning, playing cards at night and great opportunities to just connect after so many years! Would highly recommend this place!

This house is close to everything. We loved walking into town for lunch or dinner. The shopping was great too. The house has everything you might need. Comfy beds and pillows. I would definitely stay again.

Elegant House and Perfect Location!

Perfect location close to Main St, City Dock and the Naval Academy. Loved sitting on the front porch and people watching! Elegant, comfortable home with spacious rooms, a decked out kitchen, and a lovely private courtyard / patio. Came with 2 parking passes also! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Annapolis experience

This home was the perfect spot for our Annapolis weekend trip. With 3 generations in this house, it provided a great base for us to visit the Naval Academy, walk downtown, and see the Midshipman win an amazing football game! The home was incredibly well stocked, clean, and location was perfect. Could easily walk to all that Annapolis has to offer. Communication with Meghan was great - thank you, and I hope to come stay here again!

Unforgettable Trip to Annapolis

Outstanding, perfect location, must see! This property is exceptional and quaint. We were there with family for a wedding. This property had everything you would need for an awesome stay. The location was absolutely perfect. A beautiful property with unique furnishings that added to the beauty and personality of this place. The beds were amazing and the kitchen had everything you need at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to say in Annapolis. Would love to come back again and stay at this property.

Great location, updated, comfy house

We stayed here for 5 nights July 2018. The house is in a GREAT LOCATION, nice comfy beds, spacious, updated, easy kitchen, good TV's, good washer/dryer, great AC, easy to use keys and parking pass. Megan is easy to communicate with, gave me security deposit back same day as we left. Only drawbacks: parking is hard to find in Annapolis, only 2 bathrooms for our 9 people, no master bath, loud barking dogs at 4am for an hour x 2 nights, woke early with sun because no curtains above shutters.
