Esta bellamente renovada casa de 4 dormitorios fue renovada en 2016 y tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Está configurado al 100% para los huéspedes que no tienen objetos personales o desorden con el que lidiar y muchas reseñas de 5 estrellas. Tenemos estacionamiento en la calle para 3 autos y la casa está ubicada a media milla y media de la parte superior de Main Street. ¡Mímese con la capacidad de caminar a todo! La casa cuenta con pisos de madera, toneladas de luz natural, cocina nueva con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gran isla central, 2 hornos, encimeras de granito y una sala familiar junto a la cocina con un refrigerador para vinos incorporado.

La casa cuenta con 3 televisores LG inteligentes de 55 pulgadas. El dormitorio principal es enorme (18x15) con una cama king y un televisor LG de 55 pulgadas. El baño principal tiene una bañera de esquina, tocadores separados y una lujosa ducha que cuenta con 2 cabezales de ducha, 3 rociadores corporales y un banco incorporado para una experiencia de spa.

Dos dormitorios adicionales y un baño completo se encuentran en el segundo piso. El dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio # 3 tiene dos camas gemelas XL que se pueden juntar para formar un rey. El cuarto dormitorio se encuentra en el nivel inferior y tiene su propio baño privado.
Relájese en el porche cubierto o tome su libro y camine hasta Old Woman's Cove off (Spa Creek) aprox. A 400 pies de distancia, siéntate al borde del agua y disfruta de todo lo que Annapolis tiene para ofrecer.

This house is beyond perfect! Don’t let the picture of what appears to look like a charming little house fool you, it is beyond spacious and has everything you need! It is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly need, just like being at your own home. I could move right in this house and not change a thing. And, it is conveniently located - close to the Naval Academy, shopping and eateries. Kerry, the owner, is super easy to work with and made our rental process flawless. If we return to Annapolis, I hope this house is available because I don’t want to even look for anything else. I’d give it more than five stars if I could!

Kitchen was the best equipped of any VRBO we’ve rented. We cooked a lot. We were there with friends to attend USNA Reunion. Wonderful neighborhood and location. Great for walking. Outstanding home!

This house is in the perfect location to walk to fun restaurants and events in Annapolis. The house itself is charming and cozy but beautifully appointed. We felt comfortable and welcome and like we could’ve stayed there for a lot longer and really enjoyed ourselves. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay there again. Host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. 5 stars all around.

The house is absolutely charming. The pictures online r accurate but the house is even better in person. The location is an easy walk to the historic area and the restaurants on west st (literally 1 block away) looked charming and fun although we just ran out of time to enjoy them. The host is everything u would want when renting a place and not familiar with the area. Kerry gave me suggestions for restaurants and answered by numerous questions even when she was traveling abroad. She instantly emailed or texted back if I had any questions when we were at her house for the weekend. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. There is plenty of room for 8 guests. The bedrooms r very spacious and the bathrooms r updated and beautiful. I can speak only of the master but my bed was amazingly comfortable and I can’t even put into words about the shower- just over the top fabulous. Although we didn’t use the kitchen at all- I promise everything you would ever want or need is already there including many spices and other staples that u hate to buy on vacation. If our travels bring us back to Annapolis, I would 100 % rent here again.

St John College Graduation

Perfect location for family celebrating a St John graduation. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, beautiful neighborhood and parking for 4 cars. Lovely home with spacious bedrooms and baths. Fun spaces to gather to eat and chat including a screen porch. Very well equipped kitchen with high end appliances. Will certainly consider staying there again.

Beat Army!

We were in town for the 125th Army Navy game. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, and the location is convenient and easy. We were able to drive to the Commanders stadium in about 40 minutes, while being very close to USNA, Eastport, and downtown Annapolis.

Great friends trip for Tulane / Navy Football game

The house was perfect for our party of friends in town to support Tulane and Navy at the football game. The house was beautifully appointed, spotless, and every thoughtful detail was thought of. It was the perfect home base for a lovely weekend. We hope to book the house again on the future.

Wonderful Home!!!

Couldn't have been better. Lots of room to spread out for the crowd, and outdoor space if the weather cooperates. The kitchen is big, beautiful and fully stocked for your morning coffee, and ready for your afternoon cocktails. Walking distance to everything Annapolis, and parking heaven (where parking limbo is the norm). Thanks for the wonderful weekend.

Perfect Accommodations!

This was the perfect spot for my family & I to stay while traveling to Annapolis for the sailboat show. The home is a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Annapolis so we were able to travel by foot everywhere. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Kerry, and she was an absolute delight! She sent us numerous restaurant recommendations and her home is immaculate. It has all the amenities you would need while traveling. We hope to stay here again when we come back for the sailboat show next year!

Amazing house!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was perfect for our football weekend. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, short walk to town and USNA. The house was so nice, comfortable and well appointed. We felt right at home! Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, amazing home.

This is an amazing home, incredibly comfortable for a family or group stay, with plenty of space for everyone to socialize, or have some privacy, all at the same time. We were very surprised at how large the rooms and overall home were, as it looks smaller from the outside photos. Open, bright kitchen that is well equipped, and multiple open sitting/living rooms for group conversations. Bedsrooms and baths were well supplied, super clean, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent from check in to check out. Weather over our stay was a bit stormy and host was quick to check in with us and see if we needed anything extra based on the poor weather. We will be returning to Annapolis over the next few years, and this will be our top home choice!

USNA I-Day Stay

We had a such a great stay during Induction Day at USNA. We walked downtown (about 15 min) through the beautiful neighborhood in which the house is located. Communication with owner was excellent. Home is even better than the pictures. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Home

We had an exceptional experience at this property over the weekend. It was the best place we have ever stayed in. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach, answering all our questions promptly. She went above and beyond to sure our comfort even purchasing a pack and play for our 7 month old granddaughter. Checking out was incredibly simple, unlike many other places we've stayed-just take out the trash and set it by the street. There were no unexpected fees, and everything was as promised. The house was conveniently located near all the downtown shops and restaurants, making it the perfect place to relax for the weekend. Highly recommended

USNA Reunion

Everything was ready to go as soon as you came into the house; no need to bring anything but food and drink. The house was centrally located for all activities throughout the town of Annapolis and it was very well appointed. The large island in the kitchen got a lot of use. A great place to reminisce and tell stories. We would stay again.

A Wonderful Experience

The house was updated and freshly appointed with plenty of comfortable space for the 3 of us. The neighborhood is lovely. There are restaurants within a short walking distance where we enjoyed breakfast. Downtown Annapolis is also within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

Wedding Weekend

My family came to celebrate my daughter's wedding. This lovely home offered the space and quiet comfort I was looking for in a rental. The rooms are much larger than I expected. Beautiful House and Great Location

We loved staying at Kerry’s house. The communication was great and check in was a breeze! The house itself is immaculate and in a great location with a park on the water down the street and 4th street, downtown and the stadium just a short walk away. Highly recommend and we would 100% stay here again!

In December 2014, my husband and I purchased our home in the City of Annapolis from retiring 4 Star Admiral Samuel J. Locklear III. We have spent 8 months renovating and expanding it. We have added 1000 square feet for a new master bedroom and a new master bath.

The home has all the modern amenities and conveniences one would want in a home. We believe it offers our guests 5 star accommodations. Our guest book says it all-people really enjoy their time spent in our home making their memories.

We are located in beautiful downtown Annapolis MD on a quiet cul de sac. We can walk to everything Annapolis has to offer. Our favorite spot just to it all in is right around the corner. We sit on the park bench at the water's edge watching all the boats, kayaks, and paddleboarders go by. Sometimes it is fun to bring a mug of coffee and a book and just sip, read and enjoy!

Centrally located between DC and Baltimore. Annapolis is home to the Annapolis Power Boat and Sailing Boat Shows. We are walking distance to town and the US Naval Academy. We have great off street parking too!
