Welcome to our lovely home in Tarifa, suitable for kitesurfers, families & groups. 300m from Los Lances beach, in the best Al Jara urbanization. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and dining, sun terrace on the top, 2 terraces and private garden, beyond the wonderful and spacious community garden with pool, baby pool, paddle court & playground. 2 private garage slots, and storage room for sports equipment, bikes. The house is modern and well-equipped. Sleeps 9 people.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one with an en-suite bathroom, another full bathroom next to the 2 other bedrooms, and there is another bathroom on the first floor. All rooms have large, built-in wardrobes.
2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and 1 bedroom with an adult-size bunkbed. You can also use the sofa in the living room to sleep one person. We have a double self-inflating airbed as well.
There is an adjustable desk and monitor perfect for home office working. Sports equipment available for work out, e.g. mattress, strings, rolls. There are 2 parking slots in the garage with direct access to the first floor, with an electric charger in the garage for electric vehicles.
We can offer baby and toddler equipment: 2 travel baby cots, 2 high chairs, cutlery and plastic plates for kids, a running bike and lots of toys.
The garden is perfect for children and adults: a large grass area with paths to run around, play, also a playground built-in, and the pools are guarded with fences.
There is a padel court in the garden available for guests free or charge.
The pools are usually open from April/May until October.
No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Quiet hours between 11pm-8am.
There is a security deposit for any potential damages.
