Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to respect the House Rules, especially regarding quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (strictly no parties after 10:00 PM) and the no-smoking policy inside the apartment.
Any violation of the rules will result in the initiation of the claims process by the booking platform and the collection of the deposit.
