Excellent apartment in great location.

Apartment as described, very well equipped with good facilities. The apartment is only a ten minute walk to both the bus and train stations and only a little further into Antibes itself. Public transport is exceptional value. The 200 bus stop to Nice is outside the apartment. A large Hypermarket is a ten minute bus ride from the bus station. There is a small Casino supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the apartment (More Expensive). Communication with the owner was smooth and Julian the agent who met us with the keys was very helpful. Loads of places to visit within a half hour bus ride, Antibes is a great base. Be sure to visit Cap de Antibes for a lovely walk. Apartment highly recommended Rob & Julie

Appartement agréable et calme, qui correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Bien situé près de la plage et de la gare SNCF et proche du centre ville 15 minutes à pied environ,Commerce boulangerie épicerie etc .. à 300m de l'appartement.Literie confortable. Bon accueil de Julien qui nous a bien renseigné. Contact avec le propriétaire très facile par mail, SMS ou par téléphone. Je recommande cet appartement.

Très agréable location.

Appartement agréable, qui correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Bien situé, 15 minutes à pieds des plages, ce qui evite de prendre la voiture, l'appartement est très bien équipé et grace à la climatisation, on ne souffle pas de la chaleur. Très bon accueil par Julien qui nous a donné toutes les explications dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour et très arrangeant sur l'horaire de départ. Contact avec le propriétaire très facile par mail, sms ou par téléphone. Cotion renvoyée dés le lendemain. Adresse à conserver et à conseiller pour un prochain séjour.

Superb appartment! Loved it!!!

Beautiful appartment, well equipped for holiday rental (attn: linen must be hired or brought in). Stayed for 1 month and extended twice! Warm colors, spacious, plenty of storage. Looks just like the description & photos. Location was perfect for our needs: 10mins walk from train station/15mins from old town. Buses close-by. It is a safe area and off-street parking is available. Secured by alarm for extra peace of mind. Owner is flexible and communication is fast and efficient. The agent and the owner were very helpful and accommodating when we extended. Highly recommended and would rent again!

Una bellissima vacanza, in una bellissima casa

Una casa stupenda dotata di ogni comfort:lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina nespresso, balcone, frigo capiente, wifi gratis, condizionatori e antifurto. La sala da pranzo con tavolo e divano letto é comodissima e spaziosa. La camera da letto é confortevole e fresca. L'appartamento é molto silenzioso e vicino alla spiaggia di ciottoli che si può raggiungere a piedi in 10 minuti. Mare bellissimo! Antibes é vicinissima a Nizza e a Juan le Pins, ma comoda anche per raggiungere i paesini dell'entroterra, così come Cassis e Ile de Porquerolles. Ringrazio il proprietario per la sua disponibilità e Thomas, il ragazzo dell'agenzia che ci ha accolti per la sua gentilezza! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Bel appartement et belles vacances ! A recommander

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Location conforme à la description au niveau des équipements et de la situation dans Antibes (proche des commodités,15min env à pieds de la gare...). Décoration récente et soignée. Nombreux rangements. Impression d'espace. Propriétaire facilement accessible par téléphone, sms et mail, et arrangeable sur les dates d'arrivée et départ (nous avons loué 10 jours du dimanche au mercredi de la semaine suivante). Echanges nombreux et cordiaux. Arrivée possible en soirée et accueil chaleureux. Chèque de caution posté le jour même de notre départ. Location à recommander.
