The apartment was perfect. Located so close to great food, and wandering finds. The owner/property manager was so quick to respond to anything that came up. Cozy place, perfect for two. Close to the ferry if you desire leaving to Manhattan or other destinations, IF YOU ACTUALLY WANNA LEAVE the neighborhood.

Amazing Apt!

Everything about the apartment was perfect. We found it spotless clean, with everything you might need. The location is top-notch - Right in the middle of Williamsburg with easy access to the L train and key eating spots & grocery stores. The building also has spectacular amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Incredible Stay During New Years

Absolutely loved this spot and the host was amazing! Close to groceries, great food and the best Willamsburg has to offer. Short walk to the L train. Don't think, just book!

Great spot in north Williamsburg

Very good seventh floor apartment in north Williamsburg. Clean, well appointed and everything worked well. Good communication with Chris. Location is ideal.

This apartment is in a great location with shops and restaurants all around. The river is three blocks away. The check in was easy and the host is very nice and responsive. We stayed 12 nights. We would rate it five stars except the apartment is much smaller than the photos suggest. We lived out of suitcases which was hard because there are no drawers or shelves for folded clothes. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances and the washer and dryer are new.

Williamsburg Condo

My wife and I enjoyed the condo very much during our recent short stay in NYC. It was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood was a pleasant surprise, featuring restaurants, brew pubs, subway station and even a Whole Foods and Sephora just a few blocks away.

Great little apartment

I just stayed at this property for 10 days and really loved it. While it's a tiny apartment, it has everything you need for a great stay: clean, nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen including a ton of spices, coffee, every appliance that you could think of, beautiful balcony with great views and furniture, and a fantastic location in Williamsburg. Chris is an outstanding host. Definitely would stay here again.

A long weekend with our son

We did not realize it when we booked, but our son’s apartment was right around the corner on the same block. We actually could wave to each other from our respective rooftops! Needless to say, this made for a very pleasant and relaxed visit and eliminated the need to use public transportation or ride services every day. The apartment was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and parks. Communication with the owner was easy and we had no problems with anything. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit our son in Brooklyn.

Place was clean and in good location, nice view from balcony, although very different than they advertised upfront. Location was about half mile from the L, not one block as they estimated. Surface were clean but furnishings a bit run down. Sofa was worn down to the frame and springs and not something you can sit on. Bed had scratchy, pilled sheets and cheap bedding. Very dorm room feel as apposed to luxury as stated. Bathroom was a good size but again, linens left a lot to be desired. Communication with host was difficult at first with no check information til after our 4pm check in time and VRBO stepped in to help. From there he was responsive via text. Overall, 7/10

Our stay was seamless and the owner was great at communicating check in procedures and logistics of our stay. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with necessities (e.g., towels, coffee and filters, pots, etc). The roof deck is lovely and the small private patio outside of the individual unit was nice in the evening. A huge plus was the ability to easily find on street parking. The apartment is very well situated close to subways, lovely cafes/bakeries, restaurants and grocery shops. We would most definitely stay again. The one and only drawback is a lack of space in the bedroom (the bed takes up most of the space and it’s difficult to sneak into the right side of the bed while trying not to bang into the tv - especially if you’re tall). and there really is nowhere to put suitcases. Other than this…a wonderful place to stay and explore Brooklyn and Manhattan.
