VILLA NEAR THE BEACHES AND COVES OF CALPE WITH PINE FOREST, LAND AND SEA VIEW.

This house is very cozy and clean, it is located in a tourist area, located 200m from the beaches and coves of Calpe near the Peñón de Ifach, in the direction of Moraira, between the Les Basetes Nautical Club and Levante beach, the promenades and the Peñón de Ifach natural park. Only a few minutes from the town center, well connected and close to shopping centers and restaurants. Ideal for a family with children due to the proximity to all the interesting places and the size of the plot.
INTERIOR LAYOUT:
It consists of one floor and is connected by an external staircase to the terrace from where you can see the Peñón de Ifach, the sea and surroundings. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom, a living-dining room with a TV, a fully equipped separate kitchen, barbecue, washing machine and a glazed terrace (riu-rau), with a sofa bed.
EXTERIOR: This house is surrounded by pine trees and with views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. The garden is large which gives it different corners to rest and play under its pine forest. The parking is huge and can accommodate 2 vehicles.
Pets are allowed on request with an additional price of €60/stay.
LEGAL NOTE for this property:
For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered Tourist Housing, a Tourism Contract will be made (In accordance with Decree Law 9/2024, August 2 and Law 15/2018, June 7. From the GVA Consell).
For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental, a Seasonal Contract will be made (In accordance with Decree Law 29/1994 of November 24, LAU, Art. 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024 of December 23)
