The inviting seating area includes a smart TV, and the dining area has a table and 6 chairs. There's also a bathroom and a separate terrace.
A beautiful staircase leads upstairs to two elegant double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and has a bathtub. There is a separate storage with a washing machine.

- PLEASE NOTE: A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
