The Lark House with 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, parking and with a fantastic view over the Coast, is located in a high and tranquil area of Loulé which will certainly provide pleasant and relaxed holidays.
This modern and fully equipped house consists of 4 bedrooms, all with private en-suite shower rooms, five bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Externally it has an outdoor dining space, social area, garden and a fantastic heated private swimming pool* with sun loungers and decorated with our typical olive trees.
The rooms, three with single beds and one room with a double bed, all en suite, are all equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes and access to the outside.
In the common areas you will find the living room, kitchen with dining area, pantry, laundry room and a complete bathroom with shower.
The living room has a sofa, television and access to the outside.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. The washing machine is located in the laundry room.

The capacity is 8 people. For babies, we have travel cot and high chair available upon request.
The house is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests.
No parties or events are permitted.
Tourist Tax LOULÉ - We inform you that the tourist tax must be paid at check-in.
The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over 15 years old, and costs 2.00€ per person/day up to a maximum of 5 days of stay from 01 April to 31 October and 1€ for stays between 1 November and 31 March.
Bookings made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept bookings from people under 25 years old. A deposit of €500 will be requested and returned after verification of the house's good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
