Close by, within a 5-minute walk, approximately 350 metres away, can be found a selection of restaurants and cafés and a mini-market for those essentials. The Thalasso Spa is only an other 50 metres along.
A further number of cafés, bars and restaurants can be found 15 minutes walk away the opposite way.
It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the tennis club. The golf club is easily accessible via a 5 minute drive.
The picturesque capital, Vila Baleira (a 45-minute walk or 10 minutes by taxi), is a lively village with a pedestrianized centre with cafés, restaurants and bars and provides a welcome place to walk around in the evenings. In the surrounding streets, you will find further restaurants, bars and a gaggle of trendy boutique shops. The supermarket is busy and well stocked with fresh produce arriving regularly from Madeira.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 250€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.

Instructions for driving from Porto Santo Airport to Vila Diana
Leaving the airport, take the road down from the airport to the village (marked Centro).
In the village you will reach a T-junction. Turn right, drive through the town and continue for approximately 2.3 kms until you see the Pestana Porto Santo on the left hand side and the Porto Santo Tennis Club on the right.
Turn right into Rua Teodoro Gomes de Sousa and drive until the end of the road.
Villa Diana is the before last vila on your right, number 18. Instructions for driving from Porto Santo Port to Villa Diana
Leaving the port, take the road west towards and through the town centre.
Continue for approx 2.3 kms until you see the Hotel Pestana on the left hand side and the Porto Santo Tennis Club on the right.
Turn right into Rua Teodoro Gomes de Sousa and drive until the end of the road.
Villa Diana is the before last vila on your right, number 18.
