The bedroom can be set up with either two single beds or one queen bed based on your preference, allowing for a total of 2 guests.
The open living area and kitchen provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including laundry facilities.
There is a laptop friendly work space and we allow smoking ONLY on the outside deck.

Checkin is not permitted without the full Security Deposit of £1,000 being paid. We will pre-authorise your payment card 1 day before check-in. For cash deposits, please let us know at the time of booking. All guests are required to sign the inventory list on arrival and departure.
