This rustic villa, situated in the middle of a mountain and countryside environment, is located in Ses Salines and offers an idyllic stay for 4 people.
The exterior of the house is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. The private salt swimming pool, measuring 10 metres long by 5 metres wide, and with a depth varying from 0.80 to 2.10 metres, is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Next to the pool, you will find an outdoor shower and four sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing. Also, before going inside the house, there is a terrace with a mobile barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious barbecues, and a furnished porch where you can eat those delicious meals.

The rustic interior, distributed on a single floor, begins with a very spacious and luminous space where you will find the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. Two comfortable sofas and an A/C are available for the family to relax and watch satellite TV. In the gas kitchen you will be able to prepare delicious dishes comfortably as it is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms with wardrobe and A/C, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house has two complete bathrooms with shower, one of them is outside. Finally, there is a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby you will have a cot and high chair.

Characterised by its beautiful beaches, the area of Ses Salines is ideal for a holiday near the sea. The villa is only 7 kilometres away from the beautiful beach of Es Trenc, which stands out for its crystal clear water and fine white sand. You can choose to visit the other nearby beaches such as the beach des Dolç or Ses Covetes. One of the great attractions of Ses Salines is its natural environment, the area is ideal for exploring by bicycle or on foot, enjoying the agricultural landscapes and rural paths that lead to spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
