One Bed Pied a Terre by the Sea

Just a few points in reply to this. There are two staircase in the property, one at the front set of steps. The first step is high and there is a block of wood at the bottom to help less agile people. Possibly the guest missed this. There is a handrail running all the way up that set of steps as far as practically possible to the front door. The stairs inside the property are narrow and it would be impractical to have a handrail there. The tv weighs 3.6kg ( very light ), it is completely portable, the extension cable allows it to be easily moved to sit point blank in front of the coach and the stand extends to make it higher. There are five other chairs in the room that can be used / arranged to get a better visual of a guest wants to keep the same tv position. The sofa bed is one year old, very expensive and functional, there are two mattress toppers to make it more comfortable but as with all sofa beds they are not standard beds and not designed for long term. We have had many guests however that use it for considerable use and don’t complain. The bed is a lovely bateau bed, standard height and the “trip hazard” is a 2 cm lovely, decorative marble hearth clearly identifiable on the ground. In summary, an unnecessarily negative guest and review not reflective of the quality and functionally of the property.
