Perfect location

This location truly is superb. So close to kings cross we could get anywhere in the city, the country and even to Paris. Food nearby is delicious. No problems walking anywhere.

Close to train and underground in Kings Cross, not clean, no Internet, had to pay for our first night at different hotel due to property manager not providing codes. Pictures are not correct. We were also told there was a washer...Nope none.

The apartment I reserved was listed as a split level apartment with a washer. I was given a small room on a two flight walk-up, with a toilet that stank up the apartment. Clearly, the toilet ventilation is inadequate and dangerous. Waste fumes can be deadly. What sent me over the edge was I discovered BEDBUGS. I was cleaning up and preparing to leave when I spotted the bedbug. I turned the mattress over and saw that it was pretty filthy and there were signs of bedbugs over time. I informed the company who managed this dump about the bedbugs, and haven't heard a word. Not a peep. I'm not shocked.

The picture is a different layout, and there was no mention of two narrow flights of stairs with no elevator. It's a good thing I am fit.The transcan was very dirty, there were no tissues or paper towels; only toilet paper.There was no washcloth or shower mat.The road noise was very high, especially late in the evening as if they were racing up the road.The Host was very helpful when I checked in and I appreciated that he brought my suitcase up the two flights of stairs after a 12 hour flight.
