On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features a dining table and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the garden. A fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this level, alongside 1 bedroom furnished with 2 beds. The ground floor also includes a shower room, a separate WC, and a sauna. On the upper floor, 3 rooms are arranged beneath charming sloping ceilings, each fitted with 2 beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for larger groups. A shower and WC are also available on this floor. The property benefits from a garden, a terrace with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, a box-room for storage, and a private jetty. Guests can enjoy a pleasant view of the canal from the property.
