Charming, private, quiet, partial A/C, family friendly townhouse at Ocean Edge

Make our sunny and bright home your vacation retreat. You will appreciate the only 2-minute walk to the Fletcher indoor/outdoor pool complex ( pool passes included, see below for details*). Park your car right in front of the house and come in. Enjoy the warmth of this two-story townhouse (very private indeed) that is tastefully decorated and exhibits original photography of Cape Cod scenery. Wall A/C units in the living room and master bedroom. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and exit to the patio—conventional stairs to the second floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, twin bunk bed, and another twin bed) and a full bath. Wake up to the pristine view of the golf course and birds singing, and enjoy breakfast or BBQ on your private patio while your children play freely and safely. The shed stores all you may need to enjoy the patio and the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and more. Entertainment equipment: Roku for streaming of your choice, Smart 70' new TV, home theater, DVD Blu-ray, HIFI stereo system, Wireless Internet. Roku for streaming, Smart TV, and DVD in the master bedroom. Enjoy our library of DVDs, kid's books, and games. Professionally cleaned before your arrival.

A great place to stay in the Brewster area!

We had a great week in the mid-Cape area and Mona's vacation rental was a great "home base." Very thoughtful rental with so many home comforts, just bring clothes and personal belongings and you're good to go! Adding on sponsored guest access to the Ocean Edge Resort amenities was worth it, as we enjoyed both pool complexes (Fletcher indoor / outdoor pool literally only a 2 min walk) and Arbor Pool either a 15 min walk or couple min drive. Close to local beaches and only like 20 min away from the Dennis beaches! Very convenient for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable but Not Plush

This is a wonderful location for visiting the Brewster-Orleans area, including their beaches, and for walking, biking, and even golf. (This condo is next to one of the golf course holes on the Ocean Edge Resort). This condo is outfitted with all the necessities for cooking, eating, and sleeping (except sheets and towels you must provide) and is adequately furnished and decorated. It is comfortable and pretty, but not plush. The owner is in communication as soon as one arrives and is anxious to know that nothing is out of place or broken in any way, when you arrive and when you leave. In our case the owner complained that we did not report a curtain that we couldn't get to slide completely back into place, when we departed. We have no idea what caused this defect or when it happened. The owner accepted that it was normal wear and tear and took responsibility for getting it fixed. She just wanted the unit in pristine shape for the next guests and didn't like surprises. We'll be more proactive and sensitive next time.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful trip. The house was very clean, welcoming and Mona had everything that we could possibly need. Mona was thoughtful and reached out to make sure that we had settled in and were enjoying ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Great house and host

This was a great house! Mona was easy to communicate with. She made us aware of a problem before we arrived and is getting it fixed. This house met all of our expectations. It was great to have a huge TV with the Olympics going on!! Mona left a list of places to eat. Since we are from Minnesota and Finland, seafood was at the top of our list. I will definitely keep this place in mind if I visit Cape Cod!!!

Great Time

We had a great time. We’ve stayed here two prior times and it’s because everything we need is right here. The home is well stocked with supplies and even had some nice renovations inside updating the home even more for this year. The homes location is great with everything we need nearby. We will be back again.

What a great property and host. Mona checked on us when we arrived and when we departed. The property exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was provided. The condo was exceptional, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Anniversary Getaway

We stayed for 2 weeks to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and loved our time there. The place was great - had everything we needed. Mona was terrific - from the booking to the check-into the time we left. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

Cape Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location in brewster is great, and being on the Ocean Edge property is convenient. We could walk to the pool which my kids loved (heads up the outdoor one is not heated but the indoor one is). It is also right near the Cape Cod Rail trail, so we could just hop on our bikes from the condo and head out. As far as the condo itself, check in/out was super easy and Mona was very easy to communicate with for any issues. It was clear that she equipped the condo with everything you could need - pots, pans, cooking oil, paper towels, laundry detergent, you name it. I was even surprised and thankful that i found a bed rail attachment in the closet so my 3 year old daughter didnt fall out of bed! The condo was a perfect size, location and very cozy for our family of 4. Thanks mona!

Secluded and Quiet. Great Spot.

I asked each family member to choose one word to describe the townhouse: Comfortable, Quiet, Well-Equipped, and Cozy. The owner was great and the process of checking in and out is seemless. The townhouse has everything you need and served as a great location during our Cape Cod adventures. We enjoyed evening walks at Ocean Edge. The beautiful golf course acts as a nice back drop. The local town of Brewster is one of our favorites on the Cape. There are beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, all within a few minutes of the townhouse. Also, there are grocery stores within a few miles.

A great stay

This isn’t our first time staying here with Mona and I’m sure it won’t be our last. We had a great time and plan to come back again soon. The home is fantastic and has everything we need, the location is great, the beach is a 5 minute drive away, and the pool is walking distance. Mona is easy to get ahold of if needed and very friendly and helpful. Plenty of good eats near by and a good grill on the patio if you like to grill in (we like to do both). The beaches in the bay are great for kids of all ages. This was our second summer there, our kids are 6 & 4 now, and they already can’t wait to come back again next year.

Our beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and the owner was so thoughtful that she had cando on the dining room table as well as a bottle of wine.

Great communication and willingness to help

This was our third time staying at this property and we've always had good experiences! We were impressed as always by the owner's communication, and in the case of hiccups, willingness to fix everything! When we arrived it appeared the place hadn't been cleaned yet, and there was a problem with the linen rental (not the fault of the condo owner); but the owner immediately got on the phone and fixed it so the cleaners came the next day and our linens were replaced no charge. The owner was apologetic and she refunded us the first night. Very well handled.

Great stay

We loved our stay here. The beach and pool access was super easy and quick which is great with two little ones. The condo was very clean, well thought out, and had everything we needed. When we left my wife even commented that it was the first place we stayed where the pictures didn’t due it justice. Mona is extremely helpful, pleasant to interact with and responds very quickly to any inquires. We’ll definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect location for a family!

We had the best time at Mona’s property - the house as well as the resort itself were very well-maintained and clean, we loved using the pool! Communication was great and check-in & check-out was very easy. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home.

We had a very nice stay in this property. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and evening. The owner left us a bottle of wine which we appreciated!

Great Cape getaway

We had a nice week at the cape. The unit was nice, however there was hair in the drain of the shower, which indicates that perhaps it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been before our arrival. The beds were comfortable and everything else was great. Walking distance to Fletcher pool, short drive to arbor pool. Pool passes were an additional cost ($230) for 5 of us for the week. Great location overall.

Just Perfect

Thanks so much Mona! We had an amazing time--far and away our best Cape experience. The house was clean and comfortable and quickly became our home away from home. We loved the beach chairs and toys (and left some pool noodles for others :) ). Every day we would do a morning excursion, but then find ourselves back at the Fletcher pool(s). Thanks again for everything!

Lovely place

The place was nice, had all we need and more. No need to bring toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags as all was there. Grill did not work at first, but the owner quickly got it repaired for us on 4th of July. Love having the washer and dryer upstairs. Great location and went for a few nice runs and close to the pool area. Two comments, the place wasn’t super clean where I had to clean myself before unpacking and no air conditioner in the kids bedroom. Was warm when we were there and put an extra fan in their room which was a tad dusty. Other than that all was great and thank you for having us.
