Faire de notre maison de votre retraite de vacances ensoleillé et lumineux. Vous apprécierez les seuls 2 minutes à pied du complexe de la piscine intérieure / extérieure Fletcher (passes de piscine inclus *). Garez votre voiture juste en face de la maison et venir. Profitez de la chaleur de cette maison de deux étages (très privée effet) qui est décoré avec goût, y compris la photographie originale de Cape Cod paysages. Premier étage a une cuisine, coin repas, salon, salle d'eau, et la sortie entièrement équipée pour le patio. Escaliers classiques à deuxième étage avec 2 chambres (1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux) et salle de bain complète. Réveillez-vous à la vue immaculée de le golf et le chant des oiseaux, prendre le petit déjeuner ou un barbecue sur votre terrasse privée pendant que vos enfants jouent librement et en toute sécurité. Cabanon peut stocker 2 vélos. Divertissement équipements: TV LCD, home cinéma, câble, DVD blu-ray, un système stéréo HIFI, Internet sans fil. TV avec lecteur DVD dans la chambre principale (pas de câble). Profitez de notre bibliothèque de DVD, livres et jeux. Professionnellement nettoyé avant votre arrivée. Location à long terme disponibles.

Cette année, il ya toutes les nouvelles fenêtres et les curseurs, traitements pour fenêtres et tous les nouveaux meubles (y compris les nouveaux lits et matelas) dans la deuxième chambre. Beau!! Nouveau mobilier dans le salon y compris le nouveau canapé-lit avec système canapé-lit 'Air Dream'. Nouveau tapis dans le salon, nouveau matelas en Mo, nouvelle laveuse sécheuse et nouveau four dans la cuisine.

Nous fournissons la piscine passe privilèges. La station vous fera payer des frais supplémentaires à la porte.

A great place to stay in the Brewster area!

We had a great week in the mid-Cape area and Mona's vacation rental was a great "home base." Very thoughtful rental with so many home comforts, just bring clothes and personal belongings and you're good to go! Adding on sponsored guest access to the Ocean Edge Resort amenities was worth it, as we enjoyed both pool complexes (Fletcher indoor / outdoor pool literally only a 2 min walk) and Arbor Pool either a 15 min walk or couple min drive. Close to local beaches and only like 20 min away from the Dennis beaches! Very convenient for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for a family!

We had the best time at Mona’s property - the house as well as the resort itself were very well-maintained and clean, we loved using the pool! Communication was great and check-in & check-out was very easy. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and the owner was so thoughtful that she had cando on the dining room table as well as a bottle of wine.

Lovely home.

Great Time

We had a great time. We’ve stayed here two prior times and it’s because everything we need is right here. The home is well stocked with supplies and even had some nice renovations inside updating the home even more for this year. The homes location is great with everything we need nearby. Great stay

We loved our stay here. The beach and pool access was super easy and quick which is great with two little ones. The condo was very clean, well thought out, and had everything we needed. When we left my wife even commented that it was the first place we stayed where the pictures didn’t due it justice. Mona is extremely helpful, pleasant to interact with and responds very quickly to any inquires. We’ll definitely want to stay here again.

Lovely vacation spot - great host

Great family stay!

We are a family of 4, kids 3 and 7, who visited the Cape for the first time. The location of the townhome is so central to everything on the Cape. Plus, having the amenities of Ocean Edge Resort to keep the kids busy really helped, especially on rainy days. The townhouse had all the comforts of home and was extremely well kept. Mona and Herzel are very responsive to questions and really go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. We have already booked again for next year!

Great Cape getaway

We had a nice week at the cape. The unit was nice, however there was hair in the drain of the shower, which indicates that perhaps it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been before our arrival. The beds were comfortable and everything else was great. Walking distance to Fletcher pool, short drive to arbor pool. Pool passes were an additional cost ($230) for 5 of us for the week. Great location overall.

Yet, it does not indicate necessarily that the whole house was not cleaned thoroughly. We are working with this cleaning company for over 15 years. I have called you the day of your arrival (like I do with all my guests), to welcome you and to check how things are. I wish you had informed me about the issue. I would have sent my cleaning people immediately to clean it again. A great stay

This isn’t our first time staying here with Mona and I’m sure it won’t be our last. We had a great time and plan to come back again soon. The home is fantastic and has everything we need, the location is great, the beach is a 5 minute drive away, and the pool is walking distance. Mona is easy to get ahold of if needed and very friendly and helpful. Plenty of good eats near by and a good grill on the patio if you like to grill in (we like to do both). The beaches in the bay are great for kids of all ages. This was our second summer there, our kids are 6 & 4 now, and they already can’t wait to come back again next year.
