Enjoy this 1,000 SF, two bed, 2 full bathroom, 2 showers, at Ocean Edge, situated in the middle of the golf course. This VRBO is a full member of the Ocean Edge Resort and allows you access to Ocean Edge golf, and free resort access included up to 6 guests, to swimming pools, tennis, gym, pickleball & beach bar.
No one lives here, it is absent of personal items. From the moment you enter, you will know that you have made a great choice and that your time here will be above your expectations.
Neighborhood description:
Our place is in the middle of the Ocean Edge Golf Course and Resort, it is a Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course. You will see beautiful fairways and greens all around. There are walking paths, the Cape Cod Rail Trail (for bikes) pools and tennis courts. We are full golf members, so that means as a guest of a member you can use the pools, tennis courts, golf course and many other resort amenities. See fee schedule below for Golf. This is not available for other rentals that are NOT Ocean Edge Golf Members. When you are vacationing here, you will want this premium top level resort access. There are many public beaches and you can enjoy the Brewster flats during low tide!

YOUR 6 FREE SPONSORED GUEST PASS POLICIES:
Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is a private club with resort amenities on Cape Cod. As such, in order to enjoy the Club facilities, you must be sponsored by a Member of the Club. The credentials that have been issued identify you as a Sponsored Guest (unaccompanied guest) of a member. As the guest of a member, you have access to a variety of amenities and activities around the property. Guest cards must be kept with you at all times as they represent your identification as a guest of a member and serve as your access key for the Club.
The 6 FREE Sponsored Guest Cards that you have been provided are for your use only and only valid during your stay. These passes should be left in the VRBO when you depart. Additional guest cards will not be issued without the expressed authorization of the member, and only guests with proper credentials will be permitted access to the Club amenities. Each guest must present a valid guest card for entry into the Club recreational amenities.
Sponsored Guest Passes include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, Beach Bar and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide.
GOLF COURSE:
Available ONLY to Sponsored Guests of current Golf Members. This VRBO is a Golf Member
Fee includes cart and same day Practice Facility use.
Memorial Day - Labor Day: Adult - $140 per player, Juniors (10-15 years old) - $79 per player

Payment of Golf or Practice Facility use is made at time of play, in the Golf Shop.

BAY PINES (Ocean Edge) PRIVATE BEACH:
Sponsored Guests do not have use of the Ocean Edge Private Beach, we are beach members to this beach and "accompanied" access is allowed, message me if you are interested. However, the beach adjacent to the private beach is open to the public, follow the roadway across 6A next to JT’s seafood, walk down to Ellis Landing Road to Ellis Landing Beach, this beach is the same area as Ocean Edge private beach. Unlike Ocean Edge Private Beach, the public beach allows for coolers and outside food, so pack lunches and drinks for a full day!

Brewster is famous for the Brewster Flats, a phenomenon created by the ebb and flow if he daily tides when the waters recede more than a mile out of Cape Cod Bay to reveal sandbars, clam beds, and tidal pools teeming with sea life.
The following Brewster beaches are open to public:
1. Breakwater Landing
2. Breakwater (Upper) Beach
3. Crosby Landing
4. Ellis Landing (Beach next to Ocean Edge Private Beach)
5. First Light (residents only at Cape Cod Sea Camps)
6. Linnell Landing
7. Mant’s Landing (formerly Robbins Hill)
8. Paine’s Creek Beach
9. Point of Rocks Beach
10. Saint’s Landing
11. Spruce Hill Conservation Area
Beach names correspond to the name of the road they are on, the expectations are Saints and Mant’s landing.

Beach parking is in effect from June 15th to September 4th from 9AM to 4PM. No fees for walkers or bikers. Parking is $20 per day.
The fee payment for visitors is fully electronic, no stickers or passes to pick up. When you park, you must go to this site and pay your fee on your smart phone.
