This lovely and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is part of a contemporary development in the Rotherham town centre. The stylish interior has been finished with modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings and the abundance of windows bathe the apartment in natural light. The apartment will be exclusively yours for the duration of the stay and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable break in the heart of Rotherham.
The Space:
This lovely apartment is a comfortable home away from home and has more than enough space for up to 2 guests. The generous open plan living area comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, as well as 2 large sofas and a smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious double bedroom features plentiful storage space for clothes and a comfortable king size bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern and clean bathroom features a bath, powerful shower and includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the town centre within a modern development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Rotherham United's New York Stadium is just 10 minutes walk away. Rotherham Central Train station is also just a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride away.
Getting Around:
Rotherham can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within a short distance of the apartment.
The main train station as well as the bus interchange are just a 10 minute walk away

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
