Summary:
A modern and cosy 1 bedroom apartment, part of a contemporary development in Doncaster city centre. In a perfect location, in the centre of town, you will be within easy reach of all of Doncaster's attractions. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, wifi throughout and all the amenities needed for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
The Space:
This lovely city centre apartment offers plenty of space for up to 2 guests and has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a sofa, armchair and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout. The bedroom features storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Being so centrally located, the city is entirely walkable and you have a number of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes all within 2 minutes walk. There's a pay and display public car park nearby if you require. Doncaster train station is just 5 minutes walk away. The Doncaster Racecourse is a short journey away, followed by the famous Yorkshire Wildlife Park which is 40 minute train ride or car journey away.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, everything in city is within walking distance, even the racecourse, at around 25 minutes on foot. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the main road near the building, and Doncaster train station is only 5 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
