- A patio with a BBQ grill, a meal table and a swimming pool;
- Amenities, towels and bed linen included;
- A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.

On the second floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals;
- A living area with a sofa and TV and also a meal table, connected to the kitchen;
- A balcony with stairs to the second floor patio
