Ubicada a pocos pasos del centro de Carvoeiro, esta villa recientemente convertida es verdaderamente la ubicación ideal. Una vez que una casa de pescadores, la casa ha sido transformada con una decoración moderna, pero conserva características originales como vigas de madera y ventanas de ojo de buey. Hay tres dormitorios, dos con hermosas vistas al mar y todos tienen baños en suite. El área del salón también tiene excelentes vistas al mar y se abre a una fabulosa cocina completamente equipada y un área de comedor con electrodomésticos SMEG. También hay un servicio de WC.

Las puertas del patio conducen a un patio con cocina externa integrada, comedor y área de barbacoa. Un pequeño tramo de escaleras le llevará al jardín y a la piscina privada climatizada, que está equipada con tumbonas y sombrillas. Este es un lugar perfecto para relajarse disfrutando de la vista al mar. En la parte delantera de la casa hay otra terraza con sofá y mesa de comedor. La propiedad ofrece un garaje privado.

Casa Magnolia se ha transformado en una propiedad espectacular, amueblada al más alto nivel y que ofrece todo lo que necesita y más. El espacio, la luz, la decoración y las características están garantizados para complacer!

Great Villa

Well equipped, modern with good outdoor space too. 6min walk down a quite steep hill to centre of Carvoeiro and beach (bit longer to walk back!). Aircon controls take a bit of getting used to as relies on movement sensors in bedrooms - a/c can go off if you’re eg not moving / sleeping. No aircon in main lounge dining kitchen but big doors open onto courtyard and was good breeze when we were there so was pleasant once rooms cooled down after we first arrived.

I’ve stayed in some of the greatest homes and resorts in the world. There is a level of expertise that if applied would’ve given this stay higher ratings. Starting with having to pay extra for a heated pool. Having to carry garbage a block away. Then, water going out at a time where we needed it most. Requested a late check out for an additional payment, and didn’t hear back until after we were gone. The home, pictures, and the amenities are as advertised. The home layout and pool are beautiful. Overall, an 8.5 out of 10.

We are pleased to hear that you felt the property was accurately represented and that you rated your overall experience 8.5 out of 10. Regarding the pool heating, this is an optional extra and is charged separately because of the significant cost involved in heating and maintaining the pool temperature. During August, when temperatures are generally very warm, most guests find that pool heating is not necessary, which is why we offer it as an optional service rather than including it in the rental price. The rubbish bins are located only a few hundred metres from the property, and clear instructions regarding their location are provided in the house information. We are also always happy to try to accommodate late check-out requests where possible. However, when we have guests arriving on the same day, we need to allow sufficient time for the property to be cleaned and prepared, so unfortunately a late check-out cannot always be guaranteed. We are sorry that these aspects affected your experience, but we are pleased that you enjoyed the home itself and found the layout and amenities as advertised. Thank you again for your feedback.

We had a fantastic stay at Katherine's property. The location and views are hard to beat. The villa was clean, well appointed and very conveniently located. We stayed in late April and elected to have the pool heated which was is recommended if you stay in the cooler months - it was a perfect temp and the pool and pool area were great. Katherine was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We would highly recommend the property.

We enjoyed a wonderful break at Villa Magnólia. Everything was exactly as described inside with a lovely pool and plenty of seating areas to make the most of the day(and a nice touch of Rituals toileteries). Lovely and peaceful at the cliff top, 5mins walk down to the beautiful beach. It's easy to walk down to the restaurants and 5mins further up the hill to see the sun set. We contacted Katharine a couple of times and were very happy with her responsiveness. It's a stunning location and would definitely recommend at stay.

Perfect location for our time in the Algarve. It's a beautiful house with beautiful surroundings. Tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. A great jumping off point for exploring (hiking, visiting other towns, etc.). Check in was a breeze and communication was always fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

Family trip of a lifetime!

We stayed in Casa Magnolia with my husband, mother, sister, brother and sister-in-law and had the best trip! The house was incredible and the location is even better. We walked down into the village every day. The beach was lovely, the food was incredible and the entire trip was amazing! We loved everything about the house and the location!

Absolutely stunning house and very private pool area, which the kids loved in April! 5 mins max walk down the hill and you’re in the centre of town with some nice bars and restaurants. 34 stunning beeches in walkable distance. Beautiful cove 2 mins from the house which we had to ourselves for the majority of the time! House wise, it’s beautifully done and tastefully furnished, to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend this villa if you want an amazing view, quiet town with great restaurants with access to all that the Algarve has to offer. We loved Carvoiero. It is small family oriented place. There are lots of excellent walkable restaurants that make the stroll home afterwards safe and pleasant. The villa is just like the photos. It is very well laid out and maintained. We would definitely come back to this location. Thanks Paul

Beautiful property.

Location. Property. All of it. I would have been much more comfortable with earlier communication. Instructions did not come to me until 2 days prior to arrival. If I had a timeline with expectation for that, it would have been helpful. I was already in the country and did not know if I would be able to access the property It worked out. The place is fabulous!!!

We will be back!

This family of 4 adults loved the peace and luxury of this well-appointed home on the hill. Everything from the layout, stunning views, variety of seating spaces, comfortable beds, spacious closets / sleeping / bathroom spaces, gorgeous swimming pool, friendly and attentive Elite staff, and nearby location to Carvoeiro will have us return in a heartbeat. Any question or issue we initially encountered, was swiftly addressed by wonderful Elite staff including Mariana, Antonio, and Kate. Fantastic option in the Algarve

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the first week of Oct 2024. The house location, amenities and proximity to the local area was just brilliant. The rooms were all very comfortable for all three couples and having access to the lovely pool area and garden an additional highlight. Thanks for making our trip one we will remember forever. Elite staff were helpful in assisting us accommodate luggage after check out whilst we waited for late afternoon flights from Faro too which we were grateful for. A couple more pantry staples like salt and pepper, some coffee pods etc to get things started etc would have been appreciated. We did find the cupboard space available for the two smaller bedrooms a little challenging to utilise - more hanging space would have been useful. Some shelves in the bathroom would have also been useful as there wasn't really anywhere to put toiletries other than a small shelf under the sink. Small details but immensely helpful for travellers.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Absolutely fabulous Villa, stunning views and all within walking distance to restaurants and shops (albeit a steep hill). The area is exceptionally beautiful and friendly and really would struggle not to recommend. Early check in facilitated, responsive service and a big shout out to the cleaning service - full clean after one week and towels changed mid-week. The Villa is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need with high quality appliances. Three really spacious bedrooms, all en-suite, and the outside space is spectacular with a front terrace, back terrace and upstairs pool area. Didn’t feel any need to heat pool - very warm if you cover when not in use - which also helps to reduce debris in pool. One slight downside - Wi-Fi patchy - but to be fair didn’t really need it as weather beautiful and seldom inside. All in all a lovely space, photos don’t actually do justice, can safely say, I loved this trip.
