The summer invites you to enjoy the south facing garden, but make sure you bring your swimmers along to enjoy the heated swimming pool,relax on the sunloungers.



Elegantly decorated and impeccably maintained, Adgestone Villa promises a serene escape surrounded by picturesque walkways and bridle paths – a true haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Despite its peaceful seclusion, this delightful, detached bungalow is just a short drive from bustling towns and beautiful beaches, offering you the best of both worlds. Yaverland Beach and Sandown town are both just 1.5 miles away, providing easy access to seaside fun and local amenities.



Adgestone Villa accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for family gatherings. Between the start of April and the end of September, guests can enjoy the added luxury of a free-standing heated pool, perfect for leisurely swims and fun-filled afternoons in the sun.

LOCATION:



Adgestone, a charming village on the Isle of Wight, is nestled in a serene rural landscape, offering a picturesque retreat from bustling city life. Known for its historic charm and tranquil ambiance, Adgestone is home to the renowned Adgestone Vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in England, where visitors can indulge in wine tasting and tours. The village's proximity to the vibrant town of Sandown provides easy access to beautiful beaches and coastal walks, making it an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts. With its blend of historical allure, scenic beauty, and rural tranquillity, Adgestone stands out as a delightful destination for those seeking a peaceful getaway on the Isle of Wight.



ACCOMMODATION:



ALL ON ONE LEVEL



3 steps into entrance hallway, with storage cupboard for hats coats and boots.

Lounge: large corner sofa and armchairs coffee tables, Smart TV, log burner (Access to the snug is through the lounge only) Snug: 2-seater sofa serves as a small double sofa bed (available as an alternative sleeping option) coffee table, Smart TV Open plan Kitchen/diner. Dining table with four chairs and four-seater bench, Kitchen Area: Central Island unit with sink and dishwasher fitted beneath. American style fridge/freezer, electric range oven with hob, kettle, microwave toaster. Utility room: butler sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, single door to garden.



Bedroom 1: King size bed (can be made into a twin room on request as 2 x 2ft 6 singles) bedside tables, wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Double size bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: 3ft bunk beds (suitable for children only) chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table.

Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, toilet and single

PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.



This property can accept a maximum of 3 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.



For security purposes surveillance cameras are in operation as this property is in a rural location, these will be switched off during your stay.



No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.



There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.



Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.



Please be advised there is a narrow staircase between floors.



The heating is operated via the log burning stove, with its back boiler



Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.



A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

Great location, quiet and relaxing with Sandown Beach just down the road

Great location, quiet and relaxing with Sandown Beach just down the road and a great base for exploring the island. Pool was a great addition, little one loved it and was very welcomed during the week we stayed which was nice and sunny. Friendly host and home equipped with everything you would need, including nice comfy beds and outside loungers. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
