Commanding a wonderful, elevated position within the exclusive area of Madronal, Villa Lima has far reaching sea views and beyond to the island of La Gomera. This 3 bedroom, terraced villa has comfortable furnishings and an attractive pool surrounded by astro turf and sun terraces. Located in the popular resort of Costa Adeje, it's within walking distance downhill of an array of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Fanabe Beach is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive away, where you can enjoy leisurely days relaxing on sandy beaches and swimming in crystal clear waters. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and the lounge are included.Â
Villa Lima is situated in the favourable, residential area of Madronal in Costa Adeje. This enviable location is within 15 minutes' walk downhill of an array of shops, bars, restaurants. Around 25 minutes' walk, or 5 minutes' drive from the villa is the beautiful Fanabe Beach. The lively Playa de las Americas is only 10 minutesâ drive away with its sandy shoreline, seafront restaurants and bustling nightlife. The popular Siam Waterpark is 10 minutesâ drive from the villa with fun activities for everyone. If you feel like venturing further afield, then donât miss the spectacular landscape of Mount Teide National Park for a memorable day out.
