Great location, amazing view of the see and of the town, from Frejus port to Saint Rahael golf, super nice residence, large garage, spacious apartment.Unfortunately some furniture in the living room is old and we faced 4 days without hot water due to an issue on the whole residence.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und strandprommenade. Supermarkt ist hinterm Haus. Bäckerei neben dem Haus. Die Garage ist in einem anderen Gebäude. Wir wurden aber bis da begleitet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch Sachen für den Strand und Spielsachen für Kinder sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation ist in Französisch. Mit Übersetzungsprogramm im Handy war das aber kein Problem. Im allgemeinen wird im Ort kein Deutsch gesprochen. Manche können Englisch. Der Küstenwanderpfad der hinter St Raphael beginnt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings nur mit festem Schuhwerk und keinesfalls mit Kinderwagen. Alle Orte sind sehr sauber. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Room with A View

Our family of 5, with three adult children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by a very nice caretaker who took the time to show us everything we needed to know. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped for a vacation on the beach. The views, both toward the sea and the old town of Fréjus and the mountains, are priceless. The beach and the sea can be easily appreciated from the balcony, but are also just an elevator ride and a road crossing away. There is also a bakery at the corner and a supermarket nearby. The only surprise for us was the fact that we were supposed to bring our own towels and sheets. The language in the listing on VRBO did not specifically mention this, but sheets were quickly purchased at the supermarket, and with the washer/dryer in the apartment, it was no problem at all. We look forward to staying here again.

Atemberaubender Blick auf das Meer / Merveilleuse vue sur la mer

Geräumiges Appartement mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand, bis zu den Häfen von Fréjus und Saint-Raphaël. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit guten Betten, einer angenehmen Wohnküche und einem schönen großen Balkon mit Markise. Besonders haben wir uns auch über die große Garage gefreut. Die Lage ist toll: Bäckerei im gleichen Gebäudekomplex, Markt direkt vor dem Haus, Supermarkt gleich hinter dem Haus. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar: die Altstadt von Fréjus mit ihren kleinen Gassen und den historischen Überresten der römischen Epoche (Viadukt, Amphitheater, Stadtmauer); und auch St. Tropez, Gassin, Port-Grimaud, Cannes oder das Esterel-Gebirge sind nicht weit. Un appartement spacieux avec superbe vue sur la mer, la plage, jusqu’aux ports de Fréjus et Saint-Raphaël. L’appartement est bien équipé, il y a des bons lits, un grand salon très agréable avec une cuisine ouverte, et un grand balcon avec un store. Nous étions très contents qu’il y a aussi un très grand garage. La maison est très bien située : une boulangerie dans le même bâtiment, le marché directement devant la maison, le supermarché juste derrière le bâtiment. Beaucoup de curiosités à proximité : la vieille ville de Fréjus avec ses petites ruelles et les souvenirs historiques de l’époque romain (le viaduc, l’amphithéâtre, les remparts etc.) ; et aussi St. Tropez, Port-Grimaud, Gassin, Cannes et l’Estérel ne sont pas loin.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferien Wohnung direkt am Strand.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in der 10. Etage des Hochhauses. Die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer ist toll. Die Wohnung ist bequem und zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, auch wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Obwohl das Haus selbst älter ist, ist die Wohnung renoviert und neuwertig möbliert.

Wohnung mit super Meersicht, aber....

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, der Preis ist angebracht. Wir haben sehr schöne 12 Tage in Frejus verbracht. Leider war die Anfangsreinigung nicht i. O.. Beim Einzug mussten wir die Wohnung reinigen, in der Küche waren der Kühlschrank und die Kästen mit alten Lebensmitteln belegt. Es lag überall Staub und Krümelreste, sowie der Boden war sehr klebrig. Das Badezimmer und das WC bedurfte auch einer Reinigung. Wir wurden nicht empfangen und der Beschrieb wie wir die Garage im Nebenhaus finden können, war auch sehr dürftig. Fazit: Nach der ersten Enttäuschung, Suche nach der Garage und Reinigung konnten wir unsere Ferien geniessen und die Wohnung sauber zurücklassen.

Ein Traum von einer Wohnung

Vorweg kann ich sagen, dass wir von der Wohnung begeistert waren. Der Blick aus den großen Wohnzimmerfenstern haut einen sofort um. Die Wohnung war sauber und super Ausgestattet. Es ist aber empfehlenswert, ein paar Brocken Französisch zu sprechen, da weder die Vermieter noch die Umgebung Englisch oder Deutsch spricht. Abschließend kann ich sagen .. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Avec un super appartement extrêmement bien situé, équipé et agencé - des vues splendides sur la baie de Fréjus Saint-Raphaël et du Vieux Fréjus - du Soleil et du Ciel Bleu.
