Four floors of luxury living await you in this most elegant of townhouses that has recently benefited from a full, high quality refurbishment.

Every room exudes contemporary style and quality, with subtle and sophisticated tones along with splashes of bold colour combining to give you a beautiful place in the Kensington / Earl’s Court area of London to call your own.

THE GROUND FLOOR
The luxurious quality and homely tone of the townhouse will be immediately apparent as you step inside the entrance hall for the first time.

Put down your bags and get ready to explore the first of four levels of delightful London accommodation. This floor features the cloakroom with a handy WC and wash basin. And at the back of the house, one of the four bedrooms, each of which has a double bed with an eye-catching headboard. Stay in this bedroom and you’ll enjoy direct access to the south-facing patio with its decked terrace, a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast, or perhaps quiet drinks in the evening after a busy day.

THE FIRST FLOOR
This level of the house is home to the open plan living and dining room which extends from the front to the back of the house. As a result, it’s a large, open and bright space, measuring over 9.5 metres long by over 5.75 metres wide at its broadest point.

There’s wooden flooring throughout on which the owners have arranged brand new contemporary furnishings, including a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. All seats offer up a great view of the smart TV on which you can log onto your favourite streaming platforms and continue watching whatever’s got you hooked back home, or perhaps try something new.

Also in here, a large dining table around which all guests can gather to celebrate being together, or just to tuck into great food.

Another of this space’s great features is the direct access it has to a balcony, which can also be accessed from the kitchen, so that the chef in your group can get a well-deserved break outside while waiting for their culinary creations to finish cooking. The kitchen is a space filled with modern appliances and smooth countertops on which you can create, cook and serve-up tasty homestyle food.

THE SECOND FLOOR
Here’s where you’ll find two of the bedrooms, one of which is the master, located at the front of the house with its own ensuite shower room. There’s no let up in the luxury in either of these rooms, both of which feature kingsize beds that will be ready for you to sleep in, with puffed-up pillows and quality bedding. Each of the rooms also has a large integrated wardrobe in which to hang your clothes.

Also on this floor, the family bathroom. Choose a long soak in the tub or a quick splash under the shower. Much will depend on how much time you’ve got!

THE THIRD FLOOR
The top of the house plays host to the final of the four bedrooms, another beautifully presented place to sleep, with bedside tables and ambient lighting to ensure your comfort. You also have eaves storage space which gives you an ideal place to store your bags during your stay.

PARKING
There is an off-street parking available at the property. It’s rare to find a Kensington property with one free parking space, making this the ideal place to book if you want to drive to London.

REMOTE WORKING
The entire house is served by fast wi-fi, and there are plenty of places you can sit with laptops to complete assignments or discuss business with clients, colleagues or customers over the internet.

Great Place

Vincenzo's property was great for my family including several children. Living room and outdoor space are a huge plus and proximity of apartment to everything in London can't be beat. Recommend to others!

Lovely 4 story walkup - just as pictured

We had a great stay in this lovely home. There was a heat wave for 2 days so appreciated the fans and portable ac and we were all quite comfortable in the beds with plenty of private and common space for 2 adults and 2 teen/ young adult children. We didn’t use all the rooms (top floor bedroom not needed). Convenient location to restaurants, grocery and transportation. Definitely recommend.

A gem in Kensington

There are not enough wonderful accolades to give this beautiful townhome! The attention to detail starts with the owner and property manager, staying in touch with us and accommodating us from the minute we landed at Heathrow, The townhome is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a prime location (easy walking distance to subway, stores and restaurants)! We felt at home the minute we walked in and just loved it! Thank you SO very much - we will definitely be back!

Disappointing

Communication with owner was very stressful. There were far too many substandard issues for the price we paid. It was cold, not as clean as we would have expected, though the beds were very comfortable. It is in a nice area and very quiet We still had a good time but we were disappointed with the quality.

A True Gem

We loved everything about this property. It is in a beautiful neighborhood within a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court Tube station; 5 minute walk to Kensington High Street; 5 minute walk to a Supermarket; 3 minute walk to a local pub. Easy to get anywhere in the city via public transport without the noise of being in the thick of everything. The property is exactly as advertised -- 4 bedrooms with Queen bed in each room and newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Modern touches throughout. Comfortable stay for my husband and I and our 3 adult children. Vincenzo sent us a video of how to access the property the night before we arrived, and easy close-up directions, as well. We can't say enough about this property. On our next trip to London, we will definitely rent this again. Cheers!

The house has an off-street parking that will be exclusively for your use, so if you want or need to drive into London, you can when you stay here. Not many properties in this area give you the option of free parking.

Should you wish to make the most of the excellent public transport options in the area, you have two London Underground stations within easy reach of the house.
Earl’s Court, which is served by District and Piccadilly Line trains is just 0.3 miles walk from the house, while Gloucester Road, which is also on the District and Piccadilly Lines as well as the Circle Line is 0.7 miles away. From these stations you can access vast swathes of London directly, including Wimbledon, South Kensington, The City, Westminster, Paddington, Hammersmith and Heathrow.

You can also use buses, taxis, Ubers and bicycles to explore this great city - it’s up to you!
