entrance to the studio apartment is in an outdoor space of exclusive
relevance, furnished with table and chairs, and equipped with outdoor
shower, very useful to refresh when returning from the beaches.
The
interior of the studio consists of a single room, furnished with an
open kitchenette with induction plate, table and chairs, 1 double bed, closet and TV.
There are, in addition, 1 full shower room and a mini laundry room with washing machine and sink.
The apartment has central air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Albeach, which is located in the town of Porto Cesareo, one of the most
popular vacation destinations in Salento. The center of Porto Cesareo
with all services is within walking distance.
The nearest equipped beach is only 800 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
