Enter the open-plan living space, designed to provide everything you need for an ideal self-catering getaway. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Savour a meal prepared with fresh Cornish ingredients at the dining table, which seats up to four. Continue to the sitting area, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, an armchair, a Smart television, and a Sonos speaker. The patio doors open out to the balcony, offering wonderful sea views. The spacious bedroom features a plush super-king size bed and offers sea views to the right. The bathroom includes both a bathtub with an overhead shower and a separate shower cubicle.
The south-facing balcony is a delightful suntrap, furnished with outdoor seating for al-fresco dining against the picturesque backdrop of Watergate Bay, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. There is also a communal garden available for your enjoyment. This shared outdoor space is ideal for relaxing, taking in the beautiful surroundings, or diving into your favourite book, providing a pleasant environment for all guests.
