Este magnífico apartamento de lujo está situado en una ubicación privilegiada frente al mar y disfruta de vistas panorámicas al mar sin interrupciones. El apartamento tiene doble acristalamiento y las puertas del patio lo llevan al balcón de generosas dimensiones con amplias vistas a la playa y al mar.

Alojarse en nuestro lujoso apartamento de playa ofrece la comodidad y la privacidad que no están disponibles en las habitaciones de hotel. Recientemente renovado y decorado con buen gusto, el apartamento de lujo está situado a pocos pasos de la playa.

El apartamento tiene capacidad para 4 personas muy cómodamente (1 habitación doble y 1 habitación doble) con un futón doble adicional en el salón. Hay mucho espacio para almacenar toda su ropa y equipo de vacaciones. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitas. El salón / comedor tiene una mesa de comedor plegable para 4 personas, sofá, silla cómoda y TV de pantalla plana / DVD. El baño tiene una bañera grande y ducha integral, iluminación de última generación y reproductor de CD incorporado para ayudarlo a relajarse.

La gran bandera azul de Porthtowan, salvavidas patrullada, playa de arena está a solo 50 metros de distancia. Es hermoso y amado por surfistas, familias, caminantes y muchos artistas locales. Las puestas de sol son muy especiales. Las puertas del patio conducen a un balcón privado de tamaño generoso con una mesa, sombrilla y 4 sillas, ideal para ver puestas de sol y surf. Wi-Fi está disponible de forma gratuita. Se proporciona estacionamiento, así como ropa de cama y toallas.
La electricidad, el agua caliente y la calefacción están incluidas en la tarifa.
El agua caliente tiene un interruptor de refuerzo en el armario si se usa toda el agua caliente de la instalación nocturna

Durante las temporadas altas, ofrecemos reservas para una semana completa con cambio de sábado. Fuera de esto, ofrecemos descansos cortos con días de cambio variables.

Another Great Stay

Perfect location for our needs, as part of a large family group, all of whom were staying close by. Clean and comfortable accommodation. One of only a few apartments with a larger balcony. Have stayed in this apartment before, and will be looking to book again for next year.

Great location right by the beach, property could maybe be modernised somewhat.Good parking and check in process.Nice big balcony.Small thing but more towels would have helped for the 4 of us.Overall had a great time!

Porthtowan beach

We had the best stay, quiet and peaceful with great coastal walks. The apartment was very clean and tidy with a great view of the beach and location was perfect with easy access to nearby resorts.

Perfect retreat

Lovely stay again in this fab little apartment. amazing location. Everything in there you need. Great hosts and communications. Blue bar, unicorn, cafe and chip shop all in the village and all do amazing food. Little village shop is well stocked too. Gift shop and surf shop as well. We will be back

Relaxing break, nice pad in awesome location great view.

2 bed property as close to the ocean as you can get. Surf shop, coffee and ice cream shops, nice bar/restaurant and beach all within yards. Windy yet perfect Easter break by the sea.

Amazing stay at a fantastic appartment

Had a lovely break in Porthtowan which was made all the better by staying in this fabulous apartment. It had everything you needed and was a like a home from home. The view from the balcony was beautiful and watching the sunsets in the evening became a routine we didn't miss. Being so close to the beach was just great.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic property - the location was brilliant, both for going to the beach and for watching the sun set across the sea from the balcony. The property itself was nicely decorated and had everything needed, the bed was very comfortable (good mattress!) and the shower had great pressure. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Fab family holiday

Had a fabulous time at Porthtowan. Number 15 was a lovely place to stay, gorgeous beach and scenery was amazing. Met Phil who was a lovely chap, very helpful and the bottle of wine was a lovely surprise and was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back!

Great little find

Great property in a great location. Fully equipped and very clean. Fabulous fluffy towels and great beds and bedding. Lovely little surfing village with some great eating places. Blues bar, cafe ( underneath) and the unicorn all in a stones throw. Also a chippy and a village store.
