The high-quality bathroom leaves nothing to be desired: look forward to underfloor heating, a luxurious double rain shower with steam bath function and modern equipment. Entertainment is well taken care of: In the living room you will find a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, a music system with CD function and a stylish bioethanol fireplace, which provides a cosy, maritime feel-good atmosphere, especially on cooler evenings. The surrounding area invites you to take long walks along the promenade and through the idyllic harbour area. Just a few steps away, a beautiful, fine sandy beach awaits you, which merges seamlessly into nature. On the nearby Bottsand headland you will also find a beautiful natural beach with a separate textile and nudist area - a real gem for sun worshippers and those seeking peace and quiet. Watch the hustle and bustle on the water – from elegant sailboats to impressive container ships passing through the Kiel Canal. Binoculars are available in the apartment to experience the maritime events up close. A very special highlight awaits you at Kiel Week: From your terrace or directly from your living room you have a box seat for the largest sailing event in the world. Whether it's a relaxed stroll along the harbour, watching the sunset on your terrace or relaxing in front of the crackling fireplace – this holiday apartment offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable holiday moments. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
