At Søndbjerg Strand, you will find this bright and inviting holiday home with spacious terraces located in a cozy, quiet holiday home area close to nature and a nice beach within walking distance. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, allowing you to save on consumption. The house has a spacious driveway and natural grounds with a view of the fjord from the property. The location of the grounds creates a kind of basin, so there is always a sheltered spot on the property. The terraces were built in 2020 and are both enclosed, which is a great advantage for families with children or if you are traveling with a dog, and makes it easy to enjoy the sun undisturbed. The house has a total of 100 m2 of terraces, including tiles around the house. The terrace at the back of the house is covered and equipped with a barbecue. There is also a fire pit on the grounds. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms. The largest room has a double bed and access to the terrace, and there is another room with a smaller double bed. In addition, there is a room with an office. The kitchen is small and equipped with a stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is a high chair for the little ones. The living room is bright and inviting, with space to gather around the dining table and on the sofa with armchairs. The living room also has a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services and free internet. In addition, there is direct access to both terraces. The beach, within walking distance, is ideal for paddleboarding, rowing, kayaking, canoeing, or other water sports, as the water is very calm for the first 50 meters. The terraces offer comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, where you can prepare dinner while watching the sun set over the area. The beach has a playground for children and good fishing conditions. The property also borders a flora/fauna area covered by nature conservation. A house that is suitable for all seasons and must be experienced. The house is not available for rent to youth groups or groups of tradespeople.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
