The home

In the idyllic Village, 9 Bracken Road is the perfect Yorkshire holiday home, right on the doorstep of the world famous Yorkshire Dales National Park taking in all the scenery you’d expect in such a wonderful location.

The house itself has 3 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests and has access to a beautiful private garden for you to enjoy. It’s also right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park so has an abundance of excellent walks and cycling trails right round the corner.

Further to that it’s part of the wider country estate which has the Avalon centre where you can book wellness activities and sessions to suit you. We’ll also include a free breakfast at Utopia too (only on weekdays).

Within the wider estate you can enjoy woodland walks, wild swimming and even outdoor dining experiences, either non catered or catered. We even have a nature reserve within the grounds, allowing you to take in some truly unique wildlife during your stay.

The house itself has blended contemporary and unique interiors with modern features into the unique heritage and history of the building. You’re also within easy walking distance of an excellent local pub if you need to take a rest after a long stomp across the Dales.
