This recently renovated semi-detached house is finished to a high standard, and is in a superb location in Bangor, close to the centre and its wealth of amenities.

It boasts fantastic and far-reaching views of the Snowdonia National Park.
As well as being easily accessible for Snowdonia, and its many natural attractions.
Bangor is a fabulous base to explore everything North Wales has to offer, including the stunning island of Anglesey, and the
Llyn Peninsula.

Further attractions include several historic Castles and stately homes, Zip World, Pili Palas, Anglesey Sea Zoo, and many more.

This holiday property has been recently modernized and offers spacious, versatile, and contemporary style accommodation having several features including a superb breakfast kitchen with a comprehensive range of matching base and wall cupboard units with built-in NEFF appliances, a wine fridge, and seating for 8 people to dine.
There is a large full-length window with a fantastic view of the mountains. Perfect to look at whilst enjoying a relaxing drink

Further features to enhance your stay include, stripped pine floorboards, original doors, ornate fireplaces, polished concrete floors to several rooms, wide triple section sliding patio doors that open from the breakfast kitchen to the south-facing patio area

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained with neat lawned areas, well-stocked borders having a colorful variety of specimen plants and shrubs, graveled areas, and a reflection pool with a cascading water feature. The property also has private off-road parking for two cars.

The living room has a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa, making this a great place to unwind with your fellow guests, in front of the 50-inch Smart LG TV, or simply admire the picturesque views outside.

There is also a further reception room downstairs along with a w.c.

Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms. The 1st has a Queen bed, full blackout blinds, a mirror, and plenty of storage and hanging space for your clothes and belongings.
The 2nd bedroom has a Double bed, and the 3rd is a single. Again both have window blinds, and hanging space for your clothes, and the single also has a workstation.

The stylish family bathroom has a large bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property except the one below.
There is a 4th locked bedroom on the 1st floor, which is not accessible to guests, as this is where we store our personal belongings.

Downstairs there is a locked utility which is only to be accessed by our cleaning team.

This property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys Anglesey on behalf of Emma, which means guests have access to a 24-hour dedicated support line, professional and thorough cleans between stays, linen, bath and hand towels, and hotel-style toiletries.

We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard

When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee, and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
