Bright and spacious living room in open connection with the kitchen and with access to the conservatory with good dining area and a covered terrace. Bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. In the living room there is an alcove with a double bed. Bright bathroom with shower. The house is located on a cozy and partially enclosed plot with plenty of space for ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
