Cottage with whirlpool located within walking distance to the water and to Øster Hurup town. Spacious and bright living room in open connection with kitchen and dining area with access to a partially covered terrace and garden. There are two rooms with a double bed and a room with two single beds and a loft. Large bathroom with whirlpool and a guest toilet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The cottage is located on a lovely plot with a view of the fields and with space for ball games and play. There is a large communal playground a few minutes walk from the cottage. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
