This charming and cozy holiday home in Grønhøj is situated on a large natural plot surrounded by many trees. The house features two spacious and bright bedrooms (V) as well as two smaller but cozy sleeping rooms (V), three of which have direct access to either the terrace or the lawn. Two of the rooms are furnished with two single beds each, requiring single bed sheets (approx. size 90x200 cm). In the hallway (E), you will find an air hockey table and a table football game. During the winter of 2026, the kitchen-dining area and living room (O) were expanded, and two sliding doors were installed with direct access to the south-facing terrace. The kitchen-dining area and living room are furnished with a cozy wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large wooden terraces on both sides of the house provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy outdoor living, whether you wish to relax in the sun or find a peaceful spot in the shade. The garden, surrounded by lush greenery, offers ample space for play and outdoor activities. For children, there is a sandbox and a charming playhouse. The property includes a large fenced area on the north side for dogs with a 115 cm wire fence, while the rest of the grounds are partially fenced and surrounded by dense vegetation, creating a safe and private atmosphere. The house is located only 300 meters from a holiday center with a mini-market and sports hall offering ball court rentals. A large playground and mini-golf course are just 200 meters away. Cozy beach paths lead directly to one of Denmark’s best beaches, only 700 meters from the house, and there are hiking trails and bike routes (Route 100) from the house to Løkken, Saltum, and Blokhus. The house is ideal for both small and large families, as well as for those who wish to stay active or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden and the North Sea.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
