LIVING ROOM
The living room is the heart of the home and features comfortable seating and a smart TV with access to apps like Netflix and Prime Video. There is also a selection of games to help keep you entertained during your stay!

KITCHEN/ DINER
The chic grey kitchen has been recently renovated and offers a great spot to cook your favourite meals! The kitchen features a ring gas hob, electric oven, fitted microwave, fridge and freezer and all of the kitchen utensils you can think of.

There is also a dining table for 6 guests for you to eat, drink and laugh around!

GARDEN ROOM
Also on ground level is a unique and quirky garden room with an original decorative fireplace, comfortable seating and a sideboard. It's the perfect spot in the apartment to get some much needed quiet time and feel totally zen.

COURTYARD
The garden room leads right out into the quaint, walled courtyard which features a wrought-iron table and chairs for up to 6 guests. It's the perfect spot for drinking, dining and chatting alfresco style!

BATHROOM 1
At ground level is bathroom 1 which is a plum cloakroom and features a WC and hand-basin.

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom 1 is located down the stairs and is the master suite. Featuring a king-sized bed, crisp white linen and plenty of storage for your belongings, it's a dreamy spot to slip into a deep slumber.

Bedroom 1 also features a stylish, tiled en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower head over a corner shower, a WC and hand-basin.

Fluffy white towels are included for your stay.

BEDROOM 2
Also on this floor is bedroom 2 which features a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This bedroom has a lovely view of the courtyard garden and also has its very own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a traditional claw-foot bathtub with a shower over it, hand-basin and WC.

BEDROOM 3
Down a final flight of stars is the third bedroom which is a large room containing 2x single beds. Upon request, the single beds can be zip & linked into a king sized bed but please let us know in advance if you would like us to do this.

Please note that this room has low ceilings.

Guest Access:
You will have sole access to the maisonette during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Set in a row of terraced, stone buildings linking The Royal Crescent and The Circus, this is period Bath at its finest. The apartment is within walking distance to Bath City Centre and all of its attractions as well as bars, restaurants, cafes and shops!

Getting Around:
Walking truly is the best way to get around Bath. Bath Abbey, The Roman Bath's, The Pump Rooms and Pultney Bridge are all within a 10-minute walk of the apartment!

Other Things to Note:
Charlotte Street carpark is very close by and is where we would recommend if coming by car.
