Host is amazingly responsive to questions in Spanish and English. Neighborhood is excellent. Many good restaurants. Supermarket across the street with cash machine (although everywhere here takes cards). Getting an Uber was very easy. Bedrooms have individual AC units that are easy to use; note that the bed in BR2 is a bunk (lower is double, upper is twin) so really best for kids. Views from deck are amazing. You will be pleased with this choice.
