The term Zubimusu comes from the 16th century bridge, located next to the house. Also known as Zubiaurre, after crossing it just a few steps away you can enjoy the nature and heritage of the area on the route of the disappeared Urola train. From the already imaginary train rails, a symbol of industrialization, you will delve into the prehistory and the Middle Ages of the town with the different fun activities offered by the Lili Palace and the replica of the Ekain cave. Zestoa is also known for being the residence of Pío Baroja or for the importance of thermal tourism that arrived in the Belle Epoque.



Zubimusu is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house. It has an elevator and from a significant balcony you can enjoy the spectacular views of the green mountains that surround the town. In the foothills of the Izarraitz mountain range, near Azpeitia, to enjoy the Sanctuary of Loyola or the Basque Railway museum with your family, it is located a stone's throw from the Gipuzkoa coast and San Sebastián, in addition to having public transport with good frequency to reach Zumaia, Zarautz and San Sebastian. Entry will be done digitally and before entering you will have to download an App to open the doors and you will need to check in to activate the key. A deposit will also be required and must be paid before entry.

It has two exterior bedrooms with large closets and two bathrooms, and is ideal for a family. It has three exterior bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a family. One bedroom is 1.80 m wide and has an en-suite shower room with direct access to a balcony perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. For younger children, there is a 0.80 m trundle bed. This bed extends to a 1.60 m bed, as does the living room sofa, which converts into a double bed. There is also a third bedroom with two 0.80 m bunk beds.

To enjoy the well-deserved rest, you have the same sofa and two comfortable wing chairs with a Smart TV. And in addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and another bathroom with a bathtub. Everything you need to enjoy a renovated house.
