The Space:
Upon arrival at Villa Sandsfoot, you immediately have the opportunity to park 1 car at the property. So your vacation can start immediately upon arrival!

As soon as you enter this cozy authentic vacation home, you enter the spacious open dining room and kitchen. The dining room is spacious with additional seating. It is the ideal place to play a fun board game in the evening with a snack and a drink! From the dining room you have direct access to the private fenced garden and terrace. A wonderful place to relax after a busy day exploring Koksijde and great for the kids.

The kitchen is open and adjacent to both the dining area and the living room, allowing you to still be in direct contact with your travel companions while preparing a meal. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, freezer, oven, Airfryer and kitchen mixer.

The first bedroom can be found on the ground floor; this bedroom is very spacious and has 1 double bed and an en-suite shower room. Furthermore, the room is also equipped with a separate sink.

The upper floor has 1 bathroom with bath, single sink and toilet. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms; one with double bed and the other with 2 double beds.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
